On the train route to London and within easy reach of the Historic Dockyard at Portsmouth, Chichester with its festival theatre and Goodwood Race track, as well as sandy beaches at The Witterings.

Thatchways' Nook is the self-contained, luxurious annexe of a 17th Century thatched cottage, with its own secluded garden. Situated 2 miles from the pretty, historic town of Emsworth, it's a short walk to the seafront and the beautiful Chichester harbour, known for its unspoilt coastal landscape and a haven for local wildlife. The area is perfect for walking, boating, cycling and sightseeing. Chichester, Portsmouth, and Goodwood are nearby as well as the award winning beaches of West Witterings.

The Piggery, Henley Hill

The Piggery is a beautiful self- contained, detached converted Piggery set in landscaped gardens as part of Verdley Edge and nestled between Cowdray woodland and the stunning South Downs. With walks from the doorstep and an award winning country pub ‘The Duke of Cumberland’ in walking distance, this is perfect retreat from busy lives. The Beach House

The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Snuggled into the foothills of the South Downs and 2 minutes walk to the fab village pub, this makes the perfect base for a weekend away. Bedroom has twin single beds that zip into a superking, single bed in separated alcove, double sofabed and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Lovely south facing terrace and tennis court. Additional annexe that sleeps 4+, so for big parties you can rent both!

The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. Its a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property and creek is tidal.

The Gardeners is the former workshop of the gardener of Hambrook Hall & has been renovated to a high standard for guests. Kick back and relax in this calm, peaceful & stylish space. In a beautiful hamlet between Emsworth and Chichester, The Gardeners is a short drive away from Bosham Harbour, Goodwood, Chichester Festival Theatre and the South Downs. You won’t struggle to find something to do, but if all you want to do is sit back & relax - it is perfect for that too.

Self contained unit with easy links to motorway.

This is a fully furnished mobile home in the grounds of a detached cottage on the outskirts of Titchfield, which is half-way between Portsmouth and Southampton. There is space to park a car off the road. There is a local village centre and more shops at larger local centres in Fareham and Whiteley. There is no washing machine or dryer in the property but guests can use the facilities in the main house.
