Very nice little Airbnb, we loved the decoration. Bonus point for the wood stove that kept us warm, because the winter is cold here ! The location is great if, like us, you want to visit the Jane Austen Museum, Chawton House and her grave in Winchester.

We had a really lovely stay. Our host was super genuine and kind, and she even prepared loads of great little snacks for us, which we really appreciated. The room was cosy and had a really nice, welcoming feel. It was a great experience overall. She replied really quickly whenever we had questions and was always very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again – thanks so much!

Lovely clean property and a stone throw from the village high street which had lovely Pubs and shops. Lovely area to walk your dogs if you have any. Throughly enjoyable stay

Really enjoyed our stay. The barn was beautiful. The beds were really comfortable. The welcome hamper was amazing, cracking wine 🍷 🙏🏻 Alison was friendly and checks in on us while giving us plenty of space too. A really great base to explore West Sussex and Hampshire. The Cherry Pip was absolutely perfect for us - so cosy and comfortable. Olivia is a brilliant host, and was very generous in accommodating our additional requests. We have already recommended to friends and family.

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment right by the sea and a pleasant 40 minute walk to the historic dockyard. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable for a short stay for two people, with plenty of pubs and places to eat to choose from in the nearby area, we would definitely stay there again!

We had a lovely stay at Diana’s and would definitely stay again. Nothing was too much trouble, Hythe village is walkable and the apartment was lovely - extremely well appointed and even better than the photos.

Great stay at Eileen's place over New Year. The flat was really warm, hot water from the combi boiler, powerful showers, really spacious. Absolutely everything was provided - shampoo, soap, dishwasher tablets, washing tablets, cleaning fluids, cling film, silver foil, coffee, tea, butter. So lovely to get a welcome pack on arrival - bottle of sparkly, crisps, chocolates, biscuits, bread, milk. Fabulous location for Ventnor town and Ventnor beach.

Excellent stay, well worth the money, love the little touches like milk in the fridge and eggs, with cereal and tea coffee, other airbnbs could really learn a lot from this place! Really made us feel right at home. Thank you for a lovey time

The location was perfect as we were staying there as my sister lived two minutes away and we had gone to attend my brother in laws funeral but equally it would be ideal for visiting Chichester and the surrounding area. There was all we needed for a two night stay but would be great for a longer stay as well.

sehr sehr schöne private und vor allem saubere unterkunft mit eigener parkgarage und eigenem lift für das arpartement. super aussicht aufs wasser, man kann viele grosse schiffe beobachten. trotz der zentralen lage ist es sehr ruhig. zu fuss kann man in kürzester zeit viele tolle dinge in der nähe entdecken. egal ob aussichtspunkte, shopping oder pubs und restaurants. wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

La casa di Abigail é semplicemente magnifica! Si trova in una posizione fantastica, é curatissima in ogni piccolo particolare e pulitissima!!! Il nostro soggiorno è stato meraviglioso. Ringraziamo con affetto Abigail che è stata molto premurosa con noi e ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero indimenticabile!

Lucy’s home is delightful. And the room was fantastic. Roomy, beyond generous amenities such as tea and toaster and more, clean, easy to get to and close to the active town of Petersfield. All in all one of the top Airbnb stays I’ve experienced. I want to return home and make shifts to my Airbnb room based on what I’ve experienced w Lucy.

Lovely peaceful, airy room with a very comfortable bed and super shower in the en suite bathroom. Venetia put fresh flowers by the bedside, which was such a nice touch. She also kindly provided us with breakfast early as I was going off to do the local parkrun (also nearby). And the breakfast was great. All in all, this was a perfect overnight stop for us for our visit to the theatre and my Saturday morning run. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay in the Annex. It was very cozy and the grounds were beautiful with lots to do. We brought our dog with us and he loved the fenced paddock and field across the road. Our daughter loved the kids play area and we also had great fun on the massive trampoline! Runner ducks and peacocks in the garden! Winchester was a 20 min drive. All-in-all a brilliant few days!

Hot tub was amazing along with bbq and fire pit and there was nothing you wouldn’t do for us honestly, you were both so kind with every thing you done for us the last 2 nights, so unexpected but amazing! And those croissants were sooo good, nice and hot mmm lovely to wake you to! Will come back again soon. Hope you had a lovely Mother’s Day Angie. ☺️❤️

Hosts and their place are terrific in every way! Place is just as described, immaculate, comfortable, cheerful and quiet. We bicycled to New Forest. Bicycled to the port. We look forward to staying here again. Big thanks to hosts!!

Just wanted to say how amazing Sophie has been from start to finish. We booked this one year in advance and Sophie was always on hand with any questions. Probably one of the best service we had ever. The place Sophie has is beautiful. The photos do not do this place justice. We thank you for such an amazing safe space to visit.
