Beautiful flat, a perfect location. Would definitely book again! You cannot go wrong. Parking was just 2 minute walk and we bought a permit that worked out cheaper and you could use in a lot of places. Fantastic flat, thank you Anna.

Laura’s place is close to the historical and shopping area of Chichester and within easy walking distance!! We appreciated Laura’s flexibility as our schedule was uncertain. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The property is nicely situated for the centre of Southampton. It is ideal for 2 people, well decorated and furnished with all necessary amenities. We found it to be very clean and in a fairly quiet area with no traffic noise at night. There is off road parking too, the only proviso being that the driveway to the parking area is narrow so caution is needed when driving in and out.

very clean and easy to keep clean; totally practical with all basic necessities; comfortable and inviting; we were there in the winter but the private garden with seating would be a lovely bonus in the summer months.

The apartment was perfect for us to base ourselves for a few weeks and a great size for our family of four. Being on the ground floor we had access to some outdoor space and we could also access the oval. There is also a small playground 50m away. It is only 10-15 minutes to New Forest and a similar time to the centre of Southampton. It is in a quiet location and there are several supermarkets nearby for supplies. The kitchen was well stocked with essential utensils. Tessa was great and very responsive to any queries. We were able to get an early check-in as we were arriving from overseas and a late check-out which was most helpful.

Lovely clean and comfortable apartment right by the sea and a pleasant 40 minute walk to the historic dockyard. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable for a short stay for two people, with plenty of pubs and places to eat to choose from in the nearby area, we would definitely stay there again!

Great apartment, clean and comfortable with all the mod cons. Really conveniently located for the town, ferry, IOW & Gunwharf Quays. We stayed over the Xmas period whilst our house was being renovated. The space was more than adequate for us with extra family staying for a night. Both showers work great, the towels look and feel brand new and the beds were comfortable with lovely linen and pillows The hosts had thought of everything to make it home from home. One minor point, the lounge setup isn’t very relaxing. Really beautiful 2 seater sofa with 2 separate chairs but they weren’t very comfortable to sit on. Not the end of the world but just surprising Looks lovely and in keeping with the style of the room - but it could do with a big comfy sofa!

Wonderful place to base yourself near Chichester. It was cosy but felt spacious for our family of 4. The terrace overlooking the fields made for great mealtimes and an area to relax. Plenty of great places to visit nearby. We particularly enjoyed Bosham (Anchor Bleu for lunch was a standout!), Petworth, Arundel and West Witerring for a blowy beach walk! 5 stars!

What a fabulous apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you Kirsty. Our party consisted of me, my husband and 2 daughters, along with my brother, his wife and my 83 year old mum. The bedroom configuration worked perfectly for us… The large room and en-suite shower room worked perfectly for my brother… who has some disabilities. The apartment had such a warm homely feel and we would highly recommend it. We definitely hope to stay here again and will recommend to our friends and family

Easily found just off the Main Street this cosy but spacious apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need. The hosts communication was great. Thanks for a fabulous stay.

Tony and Hilary were the perfect hosts and our stay was just wonderful. They provided some toys, books and games for our two little boys to play with, the house was immaculate (even better than the photos) and nothing was ever any trouble (including washing our little boys car seat and clothes after he'd had travel sickness). The house is in a beautiful rural location and is a great base for exploring. Our stay so enjoyable and if we're ever on the Island again we'll be sure to go back!

We had an amazing time in Shanklin, Highlands is a lovely place to stay our apartment No.5 was huge and you could close off the sleeping area from the the kitchen/front room, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you would need apart from a tea towel/oven glove! The location was great just a 5 minute walk to the nearest pub/restaurant up and down a hill, would definitely stay here again, we all had a brilliant stay and my son loved having his own really big room, thank you Adam

The host and his family are all nice helpful people. The area is also nice with shops nearby. Maybe just check with the host about parking, becquse we were not sure where we can park. Nice stay.

I had a fantastic stay here while working at a nearby theatre production. The location was ideal – just a short distance from the venue, making it incredibly convenient for late finishes and early starts. The property itself was clean, cosy, and a perfect place to unwind after a busy day. It was peaceful and well-equipped, with everything I needed to feel at home. My dog was also brilliantly catered for, which made the stay even more stress-free – it’s not always easy to find dog-friendly places that go the extra mile, but this one really did. The host was welcoming, helpful, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. I’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone travelling for work with a four-legged companion.

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

We loved staying at Little Gem in Shanklin. The flat is beautiful and comfortable. It has a lovely Georgian window with window seat and it is perfectly located for exploring the coast.

We had a great time at The Gate. The accommodation was well presented and located in a perfect location, very easy to get around and within minutes to the beach. This was particularly great as it is walking distance we managed to convince the kids for all of us to go for morning swims(the weather was great so that helped too). Emma(the host) provided all the information we required so everything was super easy to find in the house. Emma also recommended some fantastic places to eat and dine which we loved. We particularly loved the Travelling Tavern once again within minutes of the house which is great for families and has live music a few days of the week. All around a Great place to stay with a Great Host and a Great location to visit.

Perfect location, very helpful host, would highly recommend for couples to explore the Island, and of course the bonus of use of the hot tub. We will return next time we are on the Island without the family. Thank you
