Light, bright and spacious. From the moment you walk in you'll feel calm and relaxed. Fire up the wood fire or simply press a button for instant warmth or cool. Comfy Koala mattresses on beds also equipped with electric blankets. Clean, white stone bench tops and a large cooktop and oven if eating-in is your plan. Stylish and comfortable living spaces. Streamlined bathroom and ensuite, each with a large glass-walled shower. Enjoy the grassy front deck area or sit around the fire pit at the back.

A delightful, pet friendly, 2 bedroom unit in a fabulous location. On the Esplanade and across the road from superb Fisherman’s Beach. Perfect for relaxing, swimming and all water activities. A 2 minute stroll to Lilo’s cafe and the Fisherman’s Beach boat ramp. A 10 minute walk to Main Street Mornington, parks, shops superb restaurants, pubs, cafes, parks, scenic walks and historic landmarks. Our beautiful home is directly opposite the beach in the heart of historic Barwon Heads. Ballara #8 incorporates a fully restored heritage-listed 'boathouse' and features a pleasing outlook over the river with glimpses of the Port Philip Heads and the Pt Lonsdale Lighthouse. Ideal for families with an outdoor BBQ / dining area and heated plunge pool (both under cover). This house is a wonderful place to stay summer or winter, with gas log fire and airconditioning in the upstairs living area.
