The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Piccolo appartamento in tranquilla area riservata della selvaggia e affascinante isola. L'appartamento ha a disposizione uno spazio aperto all’ombra di un bel pergolato di legno, dove trascorrere rilassanti momenti di lettura, cene e aperitivi. La casa è composta da soggiorno/cucina attrezzata con elettrodomestici e divano letto, bagno con box doccia e lavatrice e camera da letto/zona living con due divani letto. Travi a vista in legno sbiancato. Ambiente accogliente perfetto per relax.

Decoration originale,SdB béton,brocante… Nous privatisons l’espace jardinet/ bassin pour vos vacances. Seule l’entrée extérieure reste commune 3 nuits min.

La Torre ist einer von zwei antiken Wachtürmen im wunderschönen Ort Marciana Marina. Der Turm wurde schon auf Karten des 16. Jahrhunderts als Torre di Poggio vermerkt und im 18. Jahrhundert als Zollstelle fuer die Handelsware von See umfunktioniert. Im Jahr 2023 wurde der Turm von einer Interior -Designerin umgebaut. Das Resultat ist eine Synergie aus antiken Resten und modernem Komfort. Die einzigartige Lage direkt über dem Wasser lassen jeden Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis werden.

Nelle vicinanze ci sono due campi da golf.

L'accès à notre cabane l'Albitru est un petit sentier de randonnée qui serpente au cœur de notre Domaine. Vous entrez dans notre cabane par une passerelle, l'espace de vie unique s'offre à vous. La vue sur la vallée de l'Ampugnani jusqu'à la mer est incroyable. Vous montez alors sur le toit terrasse, vous êtes en apesanteur... Le petit déjeuner est servi à l'heure de votre choix et "U Rifugiu" notre Table d'Hôtes vous reçois pour le dîner.
