One bedroom, ground floor of our villino on the bay of small village Pozzarello. independent entrance with some shared outside areas. on the BEACH but on the road too, so do expect some car noise in season, access the beach by a private underpass in 30 seconds- never needing to cross the road great for family. Lovely & cool in summer with aircon. fenced in outdoor space. Parking included and right outside the house gate. Park and then walk or bike for the rest of your stay in the area.

L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano (senza uso di ascensore) di un palazzo vicino al porto e vicino a tutti i servizi; è arioso e confortevole, adatto a soggiorni brevissimi ma anche prolungati. È un buon punto di partenza per raggiungere ogni luogo del paese a piedi, anche alcune spiagge. Vicinissimo l'imbarco per le isole di Giglio e Giannutri. Offriamo ai nostri ospiti la possibilità di parcheggiare a 5 euro al giorno nel grande parcheggio pubblico a due passi dall' appartamento.

L’interno è stato recentemente ristrutturato con finiture di pregio ed un arredo che unisce mobili moderni con elementi originali degli anni 60.

Uno splendido alloggio che affaccia direttamente sul mare, proprio di fronte all'Isola del Giglio, completamente immersa nella natura, ed è proprio questo che la rende un ottimo posto per chi vuole rilassarsi e godersi dei fantastici tramonti. La villetta è composta da una camera matrimoniale, un bagno con doccia, un ampio salone con cucina comodo divano il secondo salone dove si trovano altri due divani, di cui uno letto. e due splendide terrazze.
