Belle maison, très propre. L’environnement est calme. Bien placée pour découvrir la Riviera del Conero. La piscine est un grand plus lorsqu’il fait très chaud. Elle a été très appréciée par les enfants. Nous recommandons ce logement

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico! La struttura è molto accogliente, pulita e con una vista bellissima! I proprietari sono stati super disponibili e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto.Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

Schöne Wohnung und Paolo ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Oktober war es schon ruhig, aber noch schönes Wetter. Einziges Manko: Das Haus liegt nahe an einer Zugstrecke. Das betrifft aber alle Häuser direkt am Meer und hat uns nach dem ersten Tag nicht mehr gestört. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

L'appartamento era perfettamente organizzato e pulito, arredi semplici e di buon gusto che si adattano bene alla casa. Era disponibile un barbecue che purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usare ma abbiamo apprezzato che ci fosse, il giardino è molto carino e ben curato. Letto e cuscini comodissimi, il residence è riservato e silenzioso. La casa è vicina al mare che è raggiungibile a piedi, così come alcuni ristoranti fronte mare. Elisa sempre gentile e sua mamma disponibile per ogni necessità. Non era disponibile un lettino per bimbi da aggiungere e quindi abbiamo dovuto portarne uno da casa.

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

Wir Waren zwar nur auf der Durchreise und haben eine Schlafmöglichkeit gebraucht, war aber nichtsdestotrotz ein schöner Aufenthalt. Kleines, süßes Zimmer, sauber und gemütlich. Ruhige Umgebung, Parkplatzmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich. Hat uns gut gefallen.

La casa è immersa in un borgo ricco di storia, e si possono raggiungere a piedi sia il mare che il bosco circostante, facendo bellissime passeggiate. Siamo stati accolti dalla co-host Antonella che si è prodigata nell'aiutarci con i bagagli (la nostra auto era troppo grande e non siamo riusciti a entrare nella piazzetta di fronte alla casa). Il terra-tetto è stato oggetto di una ristrutturazione conservativa che ha rispettato i materiali originari ma che ha garantito un efficientamento importante, bagni nuovi, cucina nuova, riscaldamento eccellente considerando le tante stanze. La casa è accogliente, luminosa, ampia (tre camere e due bagni) e ci sono due splendidi terrazzi con una impareggiabile vista mare. Siamo stati benissimo e abbiamo apprezzato molto la vita all'interno del borgo.

Le logement est situé dans un très bel endroit. La piscine a debordement est immense avec une vue imprenable. La maison est tres bien entretenue et le jardin magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Stefania mais avons passé le séjour avec Pia et Agno qui sont les parents de Stefania. Quel bonheur, une merveilleuse rencontre, très touchante et humaine. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes vraiment touchés par nos échanges et si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons les voir avec grand plaisir.

Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo sentiti accolti e siamo stati davvero benissimo, come a casa, il posto è bellissimo , piacevole e tranquillo. Lo consiglio estremamente. La casa è pulitissima e anche senza aria condizionata è fresca per la sua posizione, nonostante la piccola salita è a pochi passi dal mare, e , se la salita non volete fare un autobus potete trovare!🙃 . ringrazio ancora Domenico e Pamela.

Che dire della Signora Manuela e della sua casa ....... semplicemente SPLENDIDI. Manuela ti fa sentire subito a casa, disponibilissima, simpatica e ti cura non come un ospite ma come uno di famiglia; apprezzo molto chi ti accoglie con un sorriso, chi ti fa sentire non come un estraneo ma come un amico e che ti viene a salutare di persona. La casa è l'immagine della signora, accogliente, vera e sincera; corrisponde fedelmente alle offerte e alle foto/descrizione che ha. La cucina completa e spaziosa, due camere ottime e un bagno funzionale; tutto pulito e in ordine e con la possibilità a piedi di arrivare sul mare e in passeggiata. SE poi uno si vuole spostare punto ottimo a pochi km dall'autostrada e dal raccordo per Ascoli.

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Vista sul mare fantastica sia dal soggiorno che dalle camere. Appartamento ben attrezzato. Torneremo volentieri.

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Eine tolle Unterkunft für sehr schöne 2 Wochen in der Marche. Wunderschön in der Landschaft neben eigenen Olivenbäumen gelegen mit toskannischem (!) Ausblick, gepflegter Salzwasserpool direkt vor der Terrasse, geschmackvolle, detailverliebte und hochwertige Ausstattung (Christian lebt z.T. auch in einer Wohnung), wie Klimagerät im Schlafzimmer, deutsche TV-Sender, Kaffeeautomat draußen für alle UND kleine DeLonghi Espressomaschine in der Wohnung: bei allen Kleinigkeiten merkt man das Interesse vom Vermieter, zufrieden zu machen. Lage: Die Marche ist nicht die Toskana, zuvor bekannt, keine Stadthighlights, hier findet man aber Landschaft, Ruhe, kleine Dörfer, die überraschen, und man erfahren muss. Doch nun das Beste: Wir genossen die Kommunikation mit Christian, der auch hier lebt und sich auskennt, seine Essenstipps waren genial, seine Empfehlungen grandios (Strandbesuch etc.), er sollte dies für seine Gäste digital aufbereiten. Wir haben die Gespräche mit ihm sehr geschätzt! Danke!

Die Wohnung und die Terrasse waren sehr schön. Nur ein Katzensprung vom Meer entfernt. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder gern kommen.

This place had a breathtaking view and is very spacious with 4 terraces. The photos really don't do justice, but it actually is a two-story penthouse on the top of an apartment with a living room, kitchen, bathroom in the first floor and two bedrooms, another bathroom, and a family room in the second. Luigi was very responsive and kind. The neighborhood is quiet and a nearby restaurant (Ristorante La Locanda del Conte) served amazing Norcina pasta and arrosticini, highly recommended. The scenery is so beautiful that we regretted not booking the place for multiple nights. Just one note, there is a rude neighbor in the apartment, but he apparently is rude to everybody, so don't feel too hurt. And there is no wifi in the house, so be aware of that!

l'appartamento è una vera chicca,arredato con gusto, a noi è piaciuto davvero molto. letti comodissimi ( per noi era una cosa essenziale). si sta benissimo, ci siamo sentiti come a casa. un plus il terrazzo, spazioso per cenare fuori e con due bei lettini da spiaggia per prendere il sole. i proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. il mare è a pochi minuti di camminata, pulito e con sabbia finissima. è stata una vacanza rigenerante.

Beautiful view, very responsive hosts. Omar and Silvia kindly let us borrow bikes during our stay and the town is very walkable and bikable. The apartment has everything you need. The balcony is great for watching the sunrise, and we got to see a storm roll by.

Schön eingerichtete 3 Zimmer Wohnung wo man alles hat was man brauch.Kinderbett ,hochstuhl und Kinderwagen sowie Spielzeug wurde alles gestellt. Wir nehmen sonst alles mit was diesmal nicht nötig war da einfach alles vorhanden war.(Shampoo/duschgel/toilettenpapier/kaffee usw) Zudem sehr modern eingerichtet und super sauber. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2 Stockwerk die man gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Lift erreichen kann. Der Balkon ist auch riesig,dieser geht komplett um die Wohnung herum sodass man einen schönen Meerblick durch die Gasse hat und abends den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Das Meer ist ca 50 Meter entfernt und es ist einfach ein schöner Sandstrand mit flachen Eingang sodass auch kleine Kinder im Wasser Spaß haben können.2 liegen und ein Sonnenschirm sind vorhanden.Das Meer befindet sich entlang einer Promenade wo man zahlreiche Restaurant Möglichkeiten hat. Trotzdem ist es in der Wohnung sehr ruhig sodass man kein Autolärm hört. Marina antwortet schnell bei Fragen vielen Dank

Bellissimo appartamento, curato nei dettagli e funzionale. Si trova all’interno di un residence con servici che non abbiamo provato e molto tranquillo. Si trova fuori da Marcelli e serve l’auto per raggiungere le mete turistiche. Alessio è molto Tranquillo e disponibile. Vi troverete bene.

we spent a night during our vacation, we were friendly welcomed, the flat is beautiful and we had everything we needed. the area is beautiful and peaceful. Just few minutes away from the beach, but in a quiet area. Next time we will come for longer!

Angela und Massimilliano sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fragen zwischendurch auch mal nach ob alles in Ordnung ist oder was fehlt. Da sie selbst auch im Haus wohnen sind sie schnell bei Problemen vor Ort. Die Kommunikation ist recht schnell. Zur Wohnung Der Ausblick ist einfach phänomenal. Man sollte sich aber vorher im klaren sein das man im 15. Stock ist und das Geländer ist etwas mehr als hüfthoch. Ansonsten alles positiv die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was für tägliche Bedürfnisse reicht. Küche, Waschmaschine, Fön, Grundausstattung und vieles mehr. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren frisch. Unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen. Das Café im ersten Stock hat eine gute Auswahl morgens zum Kaffee und wir haben dort jeden Abend unseren Absacker genossen. Der Parkplatz ist abgeschlossen und kostenlos. Zum Strand sind es wenige Gehminuten. Über die Straße und schon da. Wir haben unseren Urlaub genossen und kommen gerne wieder.
