In a close proximity from the Acropolis and the Contemporary Art Museums it is also close to taverns and vibrant bars. The house is surrounded by traditional buildings of a significant Athenian architecture. Laying around a private garden with citrus trees and Mediterranean herbs, it offers a great balance for an outdoor and indoor leisure, while it is equipped with all modern amenities.

Further (42k) is Lavrio and its port to other islands (tzia, kythnos etc) and the temple of Poseidon at cape Sounio (24 km). Ιn 8km is the Attica Zoological Park and the Glen Mc Arthur shopping center.
