Soggiorno super. La villa è molto bella, accogliente, immersa nel verde e con un bellissimo panorama circostante. Silenziosa, dotata di tutti i confort necessari. I proprietari sono persone squisite, cordiali e disponibili. Consigliamo vivamente questa location per chi ha voglia di rilassarsi e trascorrere momenti in compagnia di amici e famiglia!

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans une demeure qui se distingue par son caractère authentique et sa finesse. Bien que notre séjour fût court, l’empreinte du lieu est restée marquante grâce à un panorama saisissant sur les collines toscanes, visible depuis l’espace détente. Le mauvais temps nous a privés de l’usage de la piscine, mais la vaste terrasse nous a permis de savourer un déjeuner convivial en plein air autour d’un barbecue. À l’intérieur, l’agencement moderne se mêle à des touches artistiques, chaque détail étant soigneusement pensé pour offrir confort et esthétisme. Philippe et Muriel, nos hôtes, ont su trouver le parfait équilibre entre disponibilité et respect de notre intimité, rendant notre expérience encore plus agréable. Le terrain, impeccablement entretenu et idéalement situé pour explorer les villages environnants, constitue un atout supplémentaire. Un endroit que l’on quitte à regret… mais avec l’envie d’y revenir.

Situata in una posizione molto tranquilla, la villa presenta tutti i confort necessari. Ogni camera è dotata di bagno appena ristrutturato. Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole e la Signora Margherita una padrona di casa attenta e disponibile.

Abbiamo passato una splendida vacanza nell'appartamento di Uberto. È molto accogliente ed in posizione strategica per spostarsi anche senza l'ausilio della macchina. Noi ne abbiamo approfittato per giri in bicicletta (splendido il giro dell'Argentario) e momenti di relax o corsa sulla spiaggia (che è veramente a due minuti a piedi). Inoltre il giardino è grande e ben isolato dalla strada, quindi permetteva di leggere e studiare in tutta tranquillità. Speriamo di poterci tornare.

Casa molto bella e posizione super... la vista dalla casa e' bellissima, fare colazione ammirando l'Elba non ha eguali. Carola e sua mamma sono state molto disponibili. Da ritornare!!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in Follonica, nicht zuletzt wegen unseres Gastgebers. Er war extrem freundlich, immer erreichbar und hat sich wirklich gekümmert – sogar mit selbstgemachtem Tiramisu! Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet, alles lief unkompliziert. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die in Follonica eine Unterkunft suchen.

Incredible property, incredible location, incredible host! If you get the chance to stay here we can't recommend it highly enough - the house, gardens and pool are extremely private, immaculate and sit nestled into a slight hillside looking out over the attached olive grove. You can literally sit with bread and oil from the grove while taking in the views, which are spectacular. Easy travel to Castiglione della Pescaia which is a wonderful little town with beaches, boutiques and bagnos. Ten minutes from Le Mortelle winery, who do a perfect lunch. To top it all off Rita the host is an absolute powerhouse who consistently went above and beyond to make our stay smooth and enjoyable. Whether that was almost instantly replacing the BBQ Gas, giving local recommendations, organising high chairs and travel cots, or even finding me a masseur the level of attention to detail and commitment to our needs was amongst the best we've ever had, thank you Rita!

Die Tage sind so schnell vergangen an so einem herrlichen Ort. Wir waren mit unseren vier Teenager Mädels dort und haben es so genossen. Es hat uns sehr gut getan, von Marcello und seiner Familie so herzlich aufgenommen und betreut worden zu sein.  Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel und hat eine traumhafte Lage mit einem unvergesslichen Blick auf den Ort und die Toskana. Hier kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Das Haus ist mit so viel Liebe eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Die Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und jedes hat einen kleinen Balkon. Auch die Badezimmer sind gross und sehr schön gestaltet. Der kleine Whirlpool hat für die richtige Abkühlung gesorgt und hat uns völlig ausgereicht. Auch die tägliche Partie an der Tischtennisplatte hat uns den Urlaub versüßt. Der Ort und die Umgebung sind auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!

Excellent séjour dans un cadre magnifique. La maison et le jardin sont très bien pensés et aménagés ! Le lieu est parfait pour les enfants qui peuvent jouer dans le sable en sécurité puis juste une barrière à ouvrir et nous voilà déjà dans l'eau. Sans oublier bien sûr la magnifique terrasse qui surplombe la mer. Un vrai coin de paradis ! Merci pour tout !!!

We’ve stayed at a lot of Airbnbs over the years, but this is probably the best experience we have ever had. Absolutely gorgeous historic property nestled in the Tuscan hillside. Incredible host with lots of support and helpful suggestions. An extremely comfortable and relaxed stay. Highlights included wine tasting and a trip to the nearby spa. Do not miss Eleanora’s incredible home-cooked meals. She caters everything at the residence for a very reasonable cost. You don’t have to lift a finger — it’s bliss. Martino was among the most responsive and proactive hosts I’ve ever encountered. Especially when we had a small health scare with our infant, he was immediately available with perfect advice about nearby healthcare options. I am a tiny bit hesitant to give such a glowing review only because we definitely want to visit again someday and don’t want whoever is reading this review to book the same dates! Really, if you’re considering this property, don’t think — just book.

The terrace and view are truly magnificent. The house is lovely, featuring a main floor with a living room, an open kitchen, a toilet, and a small bedroom for one person. On the second floor, there are three bedrooms (one of which is a small room for one person), a bathroom with a bathtub, and another bathroom with a shower. Only two of the second-floor bedrooms have air conditioning. Additionally, there is a laundry room and a separate garage. We didn’t use the garage, as street parking is usually available. The garage opens onto a busy street, making parking challenging, and the garage access involves climbing a spiral staircase, which is not ideal for carrying luggage or shopping. The beach is about a 15-minute walk or a 2-minute drive away. The place is beautiful, the host is very responsive, and I highly recommend it.

Die Villa San Giuseppe ist eine wahres Schmuckstück, wo man sich sehr gut erholen und entspannen kann. In der Villa hat es fast alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und das ganze Areal um die Villa herum ist sehr grossflächig und sehr schön. Der Pool ist gigantisch gross und sehr schön mit einer Weitsicht gelegen. Es dürfte noch mehr Sonnenschirme und Liegematten für die Liegestühle haben. Das WIFI müsste noch besser ausgebaut werden und das Wasser beim Duschen ist nicht wirklich warm sondern eher kalt. Der Grillplatz ist auch sehr gut gelegen und es hat genügend Holz um sich jeden Tag etwas feines zu grillieren. Im äusseren Essbereich würde sich noch eine Lounge sehr gut als Ergänzung machen, da sich die meisten Personen draussen befinden. Die Anfahrt durch die vielen Zypressenbäume ist auch jedes mal ein Highlight und die Strasse ist aus Schotter aber gut befahrbar. Im grossen und ganzen jedoch sehr weiterzuempfehlen, der Ruhe und doch die Nähe zur Stadt Follonica ca. 15 Fahrminuten schätzt.

Cala Moresca is a beautiful area if you are looking for amazing views with peace and quiet away from the daily hubbub of life. The villa is just about perfect and feels very much like a home you'd want to spend time in, it's perfectly rustic and packed with pretty much everything you would need, be it cooking, cleaning, relaxing and enjoying a wonderful holiday. From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted with an unexpected welcome pack of food and drink, such a nice touch. They even had a Nespresso coffee maker with pods which (for us) was a real gem. The views and sunsets are amazing, but also a gentle breeze that helps take the edge off a hot sunny day, at night the temperature is perfect for eating outside and it never feels uncomfortable. The photos of the pool do not do it justice, it is much larger in real life and even though it is shared with a couple of other villas it remains a very relaxing area. Finally, lovely hosts, and we all loved it.

Que de moments magiques passés dans cette maison !!!! Un accueil par des hôtes très charmants, remplis de gentillesse. Quelle arrivée dans ce petit hameau magnifique de Fighine , où le temps semble s arrêter. Une maison très agréable à vivre, avec une décoration soignée !!! Quand on arrive on a vite l impression d’être à la maison !!!! Un point de départ idéal pour visiter la Toscane: bagni San philipo, le val d Orcia, Sienne …. Prévoir de faire ses courses avant d y aller, mais une petite supérette à 15 minutes est présente . Bref un endroit rêver où il fait bon vivre !!!

Ilaria’s villa is a comfortable and stylish base from which to explore all the wonders that Maremma has to offer. We are a family of four, and after a couple of weeks in Italy, the kids were craving home-cooked meals, so we spent several hours in the kitchen and dining areas. It was delightful to cook while listening to the kids having fun in the pool. The beds were very comfortable and inviting. The villa is conveniently located near the old town center and several supermarkets. Since we were keen to visit Porto Ercole, Alberese, and Saturnia, we didn’t dedicate as much time to Grosseto as we should have. The old center has a very mellow vibe, and everyone we met was very friendly and welcoming. We wished we could have stayed longer. Finally, I want to say a big thank you to Ilaria for being so accommodating and kind. We are already looking forward to returning to your place.

This place is the perfect choice if you want to relax in a picturesque and tranquil area in Tuscany. You can only hear the birds and the creek nearby. The view is spectacular, you’re surrounded by mountains and nature. The garden is magical with all the gorgeous plants and trees, it’s very well-kept and cared for. The pool was perfect and clean. We had a very relaxing time, our dog loved it as well. Hosts are amazing, both Marta and Marco are very welcoming and friendly, they got out of their way to help us with everything: sights, restaurants, they even gave us the phone number of their well-trusted vet, just in case. The house is fully equipped with all the things you could need during your stay. It was perfect, we will be back for sure. Thank you so much! ☺️

Casa Moorehead was an absolute gem and a true highlight of our holiday. Built in the 1960s, it now boasts a mature terraced garden filled with shaded spots, perfect for relaxation. The house's location at Bocca d’Oro made it ideal for our multi-family getaway. The well-maintained pool and expansive garden kept both kids and adults entertained. Special thanks to Luigi, the friendly gardener, and Lourdes, the wonderful cleaner, for making our stay extra comfortable. The Moorehead family ensured that everything was seamless. Casa Moorehead is truly a special find! We'll be back!

Sehr schöne und ruhige Unterkunft, perfekt für Familien. Der Pool war super, das Haus groß genug für 4 erwachsenen + Kleinkind, alles sehr sauber, sehr git ausgestattete Küche. Die Pizzeria im Dorf ist sehr gut, die anderen größeren Orte sind etwas weit weg. Alles in allem eine wunderschöne Unterkunft

Wir haben 9 Nächte in Lauras Villa verbracht und hatten eine entspannte Zeit. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sauber, toll dekoriert und hatte alles, was man brauchte. Die Aussicht und der Pool sind sensationell. Die Klimaanlagen haben sehr gut funktioniert - was bei der Hitze (über 30 Grad) wirklich sehr sehr nötig war. Die Anfahrt hat dank Boris - dem "Hausmeister", der uns bei Fragen und mit hilfreichen Tipps immer prompt zur Seite stand, gut geklappt. Auch Laura hatte uns bereits im Vorfeld gute Tipps (Restaurants etc) gegeben und war eine freundliche charmante Ansprechpartnerin! Das einzige, was etwas ungünstig war: unser VW Sharan hatte mit 4 Personen besetzt Probleme, die letzte Kurve von dem letzten steilen Straßenstück auf den Parkplatz zu nehmen. Wir Damen sind dann immer vorher ausgestiegen; dann war es kein Problem.

WOW!! Was für ein traumhaft schöner Ort! Eine wunderschöne Aussicht, die ich jetzt schon vermisse. Das Haus war unglaublich schön eingerichtet, mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber und die Außenanlage top gepflegt. Der Weg dorthin ist sehr uneben und steinig. Du kannst dort nicht hochfahren, wenn dein Auto etwas tiefer gelegt ist. Man hat keine 100 prozentige Privatsphäre. Die Gärtner kommen täglich. Wir kommen wieder :)

Casa a dir poco stupenda, immersa nel verde e nella natura. Gli spazi in giardino sono molto grandi, e anche gli interni della casa, che offrono tutto il comfort necessario per un soggiorno perfetto Simona è stata molto gentile e disponibile, peccato che siamo rimasti solo qualche notte Ma sicuramente torneremo :)
