Vasto portico con ventilatori, piccola piscina e doccia all'aperto. Al piano superiore due camere letto entrambe con bagni. Piscina aperta dal 01/05 al 30/10

Venezia, per ordine del Consiglio dei Dogi, mandò a Otranto una loro nobile famiglia che diventò il punto referente, a livello burocratico e amministrativo, per tutto il traffico delle navi che da Venezia andavano in Oriente e viceversa. Il Palazzo è stato recentemente oggetto di un restauro conservativo che lo ha riportato fedelmente al suo stato originario.
