We felt at home the moment we walked in. This condo has lovely comfortable furnishings, was immaculate, and had everything we needed. Chris was a great host and was great to communicate with. We will definitely return.

Deborah was very helpful and quick to respond. She had great suggestions on where and what to visit. The travel magazines she had on her TV stand were extremely helpful. The bed was very soft, which I love, so I slept really well. We loved the touch of having beach chairs available. The only downsides I can think of, are that the shower is very small, and it’s hard to back out of the parking space.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The train does go right behind the place at an intersection. The horn is very loud, which was hard for our toddler. Just something to consider if you’re traveling with infants/toddlers. Overall, would definitely recommend!

The location is amazing. The view is amazing as shown in the pictures. The apartment was actually pretty quiet, we couldn’t hear anyone in other units and little to no noise from the beach or bar below, though we stayed in the off-season. The balcony is huge and plenty of seating options and the living room is spacious and lots of seating. We had two young kids with us and we all had a great time. Would stay again.

Logement très bien situé pour l'accès à la plage. Très propre pour une location en fin de saison. Par contre, il faut laisser les fenêtres fermées à cause du bruit du train qui passe derrière l' immeuble. Nous avons eu un peu d' inquiétude pour la sécurité dans le voisinage lié au bar de la plage à proximité.

What a great location for a quiet stay in Portland! It’s 5 minutes by car to the Old Port and easily walkable/runnable to the Back Cove Trail and even to downtown Portland itself. The condo is lovely and just as described. My family (2 adults, 2 kids ages 3 and 7) was very comfortable during our 3-night stay. Lastly, Colin was responsive and a great host.

The ski in ski out at Pleasant Mountain is hard to beat for families. The hosts were super responsive and our party of 8 had a great time.

What a great little apartment! We stayed for three nights including Christmas and were delighted to find that the place had been decorated for the holiday. The bed is extremely comfortable, the shower has good water pressure. The location is perfect: a quiet street that is 10 - 15 minutes’ walk from the old port area and countless wonderful restaurants and shops. We loved that we could bring our dog and he also gave the place two paws up. We would certainly stay here again when visiting Portland.

This is a beautiful apartment that is thoughtfully equipped with all that you need. I appreciated having a back yard with a picnic table as well as a deck. The beach is a short, lovely walk and my pups thoroughly enjoyed the early morning off-leash romps with all of the other dogs on the beach. It felt like we were in the middle of everything and at the same time could easily take a 5-10 min walk and be away from it all if wanted. Across the road is the Scratch Bakery with amazing breakfast sandwiches, treats and coffee - be prepared to stand in line. There is also the Willard Scoop shop for delicious ice cream - also very popular.

Such a perfect stay for our family of three - hosts were beyond kind / responsive and the space is laid out and decorated so nicely, it felt like home. Every room is super clean and we know the area but we’re still so thrilled at how convenient everything was - just a short drive/uber away to the best spots. We had a great experience and are already talking about coming back. 10/10

Had the pleasure of staying at Nick & Kayla’s great Portland space and loved everything about it- appropriately priced, great location, amenities and superior communications from them made our 3 days in Portland fabulous. The locations is perfect for people who want to become part of a neighborhood and experience the REAL Portland outside of The port.

We had an excellent stay. Both check-in & check-out were a breeze. It was amazingly quiet & the bed was super comfortable. The apartment was light & bright even on cloudy days. We loved the location, easily walkable to cafés & restaurants, a big supermarket, & the train station. We did the nearby Androscoggin Riverwalk each day. We especially enjoyed Frosty's Donuts, the Broadway Delicatessen, & the wine shop Vessel & Vine. Though we didn't meet Spencer (maybe next time!), he's an excellent communicator who responded immediately to all of my messages. Thank you, & we hope to return!

Based on the condo alone, I would give James 10 stars! The amenities were as listed and there were many extras (linens, towels, toilet paper). Heat and AC in EACH bedroom and the living area. It was clean and the appliances/dishes/silverware looked brand new. It was in a great location within walking and driving distance to shopping and restaurants. There has been a negative review regarding the neighbors who also live in this 4 unit building. These neighbors are not excessively loud or doing anything beyond normal living. However, from the 2nd bedroom, you can hear them walking, talking, vacuuming, entering/leaving their condo. James has been proactive about this concern and has included a noise machine and large fan in this bedroom. I wanted to address this in my review to say that I was still able to get a great night’s sleep and the noise was not late in the night or early morning. My sister and I enjoyed our stay here very much!!

David has a great place, was able to comfortably accommodate my party of 8. Great selection of board games and overall great setup. If we come back to Portland, I will for sure see if this unit is available.

Emplacement et appartement idéal, avec deux salles de bain complètes. Magnifique vue et grande terrasse. Marko très sympathique et disponible. Répond rapidement à toutes demandes ou questions. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter. Seul bémol, l'appartement est un peu négligé et demanderait un peu plus d'attention et de propreté. Nous en avons fait part à Marko qui s'est montré très intéressé à remédier à la situation. C'est un hôte vraiment agréable.

We went for a weekend trip it rained most of the time but we still had a great time. The movie theater is right across the street. We got a chance to walk on the beach when the rain stopped. Great time! Great place! Great location! Thank you!

Great location and spacious one bedroom suite with hot tub! InnSeason Resorts is not in downtown Ogunquit but we walked there in about 20 minutes, which we didnt mind. Footbridge Beach is less than a 10 minute walk away. There are many restaurants, shops and markets close by mostly by car but also two restaurants right next to the resort! I didn’t expect such a spacious place. The bedroom is large with a king size bed and ensuite hot tub and sink (the bathroom has its own sink as well). The kitchen has everything one can possibly need with a one burner portable stove. Katy was super responsive and helpful. The staff at the resort are also wonderful and accommadating. I highly recommend this for couples and parents with one or two kids!

I booked this place because of reviews indicating the place was clean, spotless and I can confirm it was. It's right off of Highway 1, about 20-min walk from the town center. Thank you Denise for being a great host and for being very responsive and flexible.

The Wells Beach condo was very comfortable and clean. It was off season so it was pleasantly quiet. It is very close to a great beach with a long stretch to walk and great for swimming and sunbathing in the good weather. There was a pool right outside the condo door which would be super convenient in the warm weather. The condo is well maintained and the ability to walk across the street to the beach is a great benefit. Plus there are restaurants and shops close by,

Danielle was an excellent host. super responsive, and flexible when we needed it ! the rental is lovely and was a joy to stay in. the area was quiet and private 😁

Kate & Kate’s place was fantastic. The location was perfect for both enjoying the beach and fall weather, and also doing some shopping nearby. There are restaurants very close by as well. It was very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the little things really stood out here- many towels, washer and dryer, all the things you need for your stay are provided and so appreciated. Excellent place to stay!!

Lovely cottage with EVERYTHING you need (e.g, kitchen & bath items are very well stocked with many options - condiments, coffee/tea, hair dryer, towels, health & beauty products - you name it!)! The location is close to lovely attractions and eateries. We visited Lobster Pt. Lighthouse and took a cliff walk - beautiful views! Ogunquit beach is also close by. Highly recommend Hobbs Harborside Restaurant - great seafood! Diane was a very accommodating and responsive host! It was the perfect location for our weekend getaway.
