Nice modern, well kept complex. Lovely flat, very cleverly designed with ample space and very clean and neat with all necessary appliances and indoor braai place. Nice pool and very close to the beach yet still sheltered from the wind. Overall a very comfortable and happy stay and we would certainly come back here and recommend it

A little piece of heaven. Right on the beach - it’s surreal. Lots of space to grab a quiet moment or converge together over a meal with the sea as a backdrop. The house has everything you need and more. Thomas is quietly unobtrusive and very efficient at looking after the house and comfort of the guests. Highly recommended.

The house was IMMACULATE! The host and the staff were so helpful and welcoming.Mam Annie was so sweet and patient with us.The house was clean and spacious and accommodated all of us as a family. The Beach House was everything I hoped it to be. Spacious enough for a comfortable family gathering for a special occasion! The sunrise view from the Beach House on a clear morning is something dreams are made of and out of a picture book. The dolphins put on a show on the last day which then meant all the boxes for this holiday were ticked! The pool and lapa in a protected area an added alternative and bonus. Thank you for a dream week away... I hope to be back again in the future!

This spot is the best and ideal for kids. From the big wrap around veranda, beautiful garden and big lawn (perfect for kiddies cricket and rugby matches) to the beach right on your doorstep, you can unwind, enjoy being outdoors and watch the kids living their best lives. We will definitely be back!

Highly recommend!! Will be returning. Beautiful property, the photos don’t do it justice. Close walk to the mashie course and the beach. The estate is safe and walkable although the mode of transport used by residents is a golf cart, which needs to be rented and not included with the property. Cleaning is also not included but we just booked the cleaning service as we needed

This villa is nicer than advertised. The photos don't show that there is an exit from the patio to a small lawn beside the lagoon. (This makes such a difference for the kids to play) San Lameer check-in was quick and easy. Arriving at the villa, we were met by a beautiful welcome basket and a clean villa. Andrew is a wonderful host. Honestly, from making the booking, he made us feel welcome. All information was provided with regard to the villa and surroundings. We never needed to ask a question. There is a bit of maintenance needed here and there, but the villa is so well taken care of. Everything works and is clean. It's also close enough to walk to the beach, and we never needed a golf cart. The bedrooms upstairs and downstairs provided lots of privacy for the family. We enjoyed the bird life and view of the lagoon. Thank you for a wonderful stay

The unit was close to shopping centers for convenience and just a short walk from the beach. It was the ideal base for a family holiday.
