We stayed with at Tom's place for one month. It is on the second level but easy access. Street noise is noticeable as the music from the local favorite, Brians Place. Music is not excessive loud and usually done by 11 PM (only weekends). Cleanliness was very good, except 3 unwashed dishes, the previous renters put back in the cabinets. It is a very nice unit. anand spacious

Excellent location and had all you need for a beautiful stay at the beach. We loved being able to walk everywhere. Appreciated how pet friendly the place was and yet super clean. Must stay here if visiting the area!

Very beautiful and super peaceful get away spot. Lots of food and places to visit close by. Host was very responsive and super friendly. Highly recommend this spot.

Scotts place is great. It was very homey feeling. The location was fabulous, not only right on the gulf with an amazing view and balcony but walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, etc. We will definitely stay again but longer next time.

Great place! Very close walking distance to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Nice dock to sit out on end enjoy the sunset. Would definitely stay at again if I am in the Clearwater area.

We loved our stay at Tom’s place. He was an awesome host and extremely helpful. Perfect place to come back to. It is two flights of stairs if you are staying on top , which was fine for us.

Michael's home amazing from the moment we walked into the beautiful foyer! The home was spotless, had abundant natural lighting, all modern appliances and electronics, gorgeous décor, but still had a cozy at-home vibe. The pool and game room were just the icing on the cake! The beds were very comfortable, which is something I'm very particular about. We would definitely return to this air bnb! Michael was a wonderful, personable, and responsive Host, and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had about the property. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the pool was actually cleaned twice during our 9-day stay. My husband appreciated the workout area, and I enjoyed relaxing on the very comfortable patio furniture. Definitely 10/10.

The canal was beautiful. We spent most of our time in the backyard, grilling and enjoying the weather. We really didn’t want to leave to do anything else!

House was in a great location 20-30 minutes away from Tampa airport and all surrounding beaches. Restaurants and grocery shops nearby within 5-10 minute. Location felt safe. House was clean and spacious. Main shower was a little difficult to use but worked well. Having the waterfront was great for sunrises and sunsets and having the pool was nice when we didn’t want to be around crowds. Family friendly. Would recommend and would stay again when revisiting the area.

This was our second time booking with Alisson at her Weeki Wachee river house and it absolutely exceeded our expectations once again! This home is perfect for a family and/or friends weekend on the water. She made sure we had everything (and more) that we needed, the house is always so clean and put together. It was our first trip as a family with our 9 month old daughter! We enjoyed the stay, and I would stay we stayed home for longer than we went out! It explains how comfortable and beautiful the stay is. Highly recommend it :) We were 4 adults and 1 kiddo, so we had all the space!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Weeki! Kevin was a fantastic host—super friendly and welcoming. The house was super clean and had a cozy, laid-back, homey vibe that made us feel right at home. We really appreciated all the extra touches he provided throughout. The pool was a major highlight—absolutely gorgeous at night with the lights on and so fun to swim in. Would definitely stay here again!

An amazing stay! Stacy was so helpful and responsive. The house was so beautiful and was equipped with everything you could need. We hung outside most of the weekend in the beautiful backyard. The pool was amazing, beds comfortable, and so peaceful. Love to return for another stay.

Chris communicated from the time I booked until the very end. He also accomodated an early check in, very much appreciated!!! The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

This space was incredible. Beautiful views, freshly cleaned, and felt like someone’s home. Jack & Shelly thought of everything. From a beach wagon to extra towels to the coziest morning coffee chair on the balcony, we wanted for nothing while we were there. The location is very walkable. We didn’t touch our rental car for days. This was our first family vacation with our 1 year old and it exceeded my expectations.

Great place in center location to tampa/clearwater/St Petersburg attractions such as beaches, bike paths and restaurants. The room is perfect for 2 people. It has everything you need and an amazing Waterview from balcony. You can see the sunset every evening right from the balcony room!

Our family had a great stay here! The location is perfect and the condo had everything we needed. We hope to be back soon!

Valeries place was AMAZING! Words and pictures don't do the view from the balcony justice. The condo was cozy and very clean. It had everything I needed for a five week stay. I enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony, watching dolphins and boats go by. The sunsets were spectacular, a perfect view from the balcony. I had an excellent experience renting from Valerie. It was exactly as depicted. I would highly recommend staying at Boca Ciega Resort in Valerie's condo. You will not be disappointed!
