A beautiful, calm, quiet space in my garden where the birds sing close to Mentone Bay and Parkdale beach. Long term let very welcome. Parkdale Railway Station on the Frankston line has been upgraded and is fully functional. With foliage it will be perfect! Even the lifts are now working. Super host title refers to any host who has hosted 10 visits per annum. Nothing to do with facilities, care, location or welcome. Simply how many times you have hosted through airbnb!

Sorrento Garden Cottage

The Cottage is ideally located a short walk to Sorrento Village - restaurants, cafes, and great shopping. An easy walk to ocean and bay beaches. A great base to explore golf courses, hot springs, wineries. There are many coastal walks to enjoy. The cottage provides a lovely space in which to relax. Long weekends are a minimum 3 night booking. * We would prefer guests to be fully COVID vaccinated. My husband and I are fully vaccinated.

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.

Our one bedroom studio apartment with ensuite is conveniently located 1 km from McCrae beach set in 2/3 acre of garden. It comfortably sleeps two and is dog friendly only (no cats). However, I need to know in advance if you intend bringing your dog. You also have the use of a deck with bar-b-q and sea glimpses which is adjoining the main house not the guest house.
