Only 2.5 miles to the beach, walking distance to shopping and amenities, and only 15 minutes to Daytona Beach and attractions makes for the perfect vacation spot! This apartment boast a king sized bed, a kitchen with cook top, small oven, utensils and cookware, also has a large screened in patio and a shared pool.

The patio has a Monument propane grill, where you can BBQ and lounge under our pergola making fun memories.
