Avalon is a lovely 'old soul' with character and tranquility within a 5 min walk (500m) to Town Beach and Oxley Beach in beautiful Port Macquarie. Enjoy the north-easterly sea breezes and district views from the entire top floor with wrap around verandahs of this original 1920's home. Avalon is all about relaxation and comfort with open plan living, entertaining areas and modern conveniences. Some great sights, tourist activities and some great walks...take you pick as there are lots to see and do. About this home: This studio is a large self-contained room with your own keyed entry and is separate from the main house. Come and go as you please. So swim, fish, walk or rest! North Haven is half way between Sydney and Brisbane.

Sunray @ Nobbys is situated minutes from the town centre and the beaches of Port Macquarie. Guests will have the opportunity to take a short walk to one of two beaches located only a few hundred metres from the studio.
