The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!

Le séjour est doté d'un canapé lit (couchage 194X140 cm), d'une table pour manger, télévision et climatisation réversible. (non adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite) lit bébé et une chaise bébé sur demande (à préciser lors de la réservation).
