Ein wunderschönes Haus an traumhafter Lage. Alles vorhanden und gepflegt. Andreas hatte uns stets sehr freundlich und zeitnah betreut. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr gut weiterempfehlen und würden sofort wiederkommen!

Magnifique séjour , dans une maison très agréable et très confortable . Magnifique vue . En famille , ns avons savouré chaque minute . Au top , les apéros en admirant les merveilleux couchés de soleil . Ns avons adoré , notre semaine .

The villa is in a fantastic location - very quiet and rural but only a few minutes' drive to the beach and Pollença (and the local supermarkets). You definitely need a car or bikes (there are protected cycle paths along the main roads near the beach) to get the most out of being here. We were three adult couples and a toddler so the layout worked perfectly (a plan would make a really useful addition to the listing). There's an ensuite for bedroom 1 while bedroom 2 has a bathroom right next to it. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are at the other end of the house - with another bathroom. The outdoor spaces offer a lot of flexibility of sun and shade. The kitchen is well-equipped and the pool nice and clean. Water pressure in the showers was good though pressure in the toilets was a bit low sometimes. All in all, an excellent villa which we would highly recommend.

The villa was perfect, spacious for a group of 14 of us. Jaime was amazing and responsive, super flexible check in and check out times too. Would definitely recommend!

Wir haben uns in der geräumigen Villa direkt sehr wohlgefühlt! Der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse ist einfach wunderschön!!! Es gibt auch 6 Liegen, die waren auf den Fotos gar nicht zu sehen. Man kann direkt vorm Haus super schwimmen gehen, da es dort Treppen am Felsstrand gibt. Wir würden wiederkommen!

What an amazing place! This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations. The view is absolutely breathtaking – waking up to such a panorama every morning felt like pure luxury. The swimming pool was perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the sun. The interior of the house is stylish and beautifully decorated, with great attention to detail and comfort. Everything was spotless and looked just like the photos (if not better). Raluca is a fantastic host. She’s thoughtful, responsive, and gave us very helpful tips about the area – from local restaurants to stunning beaches. Her support made our stay even more personal and worry-free. We highly recommend this place and would love to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Valerie’s house! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Valerie was also a great host—communication was easy, clear, and always prompt. Would definitely recommend her place and stay again!

We stayed at the villa for 6 nights with kids and babies. We had a great time, the view is absolutely stunning, the bird orchestra plays every morning and night, the BBQ was great. There was a field with goats behind the fence right at the parking lot of the villa, kids loved watching them and spent half of their time doing so. We had a couple of hiccups with the plumbing and some of the kitchen equipment was very worn out but the host is taking care of this now. Ignacio always replied to every message and answered every question. Before our trip he helped a lot with the planning by suggesting places near the villa where to go for groceries and fresh seafood. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

Amara est une hôte de confiance, très sympathique et très impliquée. Elle est toujours disponible et nous a donné des infirmations très utiles lors de notre arrivée. Le logement est très grand, propre et propose de très belles prestations, à commencer par l'espace extérieur qui possède une grande piscine et beaucoup d'endroits pour se poser. Le logement propose lui de très beaux espaces avec des multiples terrasses, salons et une décoration typique et recherchée ce qui en fait tout son charme. La Finca est idéalement située, à 15min de l'aéroport, à 15 min de Palma et proche des commerces. Nous avons passé avec mes amis un séjour totalement dépaysant dans un cadre magnifique. Je recommande entièrement ou vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avec besoin.

Just got back from a short stay here for a hen weekend, great location to beach front and short taxi drive to centre Palma. The home was modern, spacious, and very well equipped. We arrived to food/drink in the fridge - Almudena was contactable for our stay and made it amazing, even managed to allow us a late check out! would recommend to anyone, and would not hesitate to book again if visiting Palma.

The house and location are just perfect! The views are incredible and the home was just what we needed for our family! We did have a few issues with the air conditioner, front gate, WiFi and a toilet not working, which took quite a bit of back and forth with the host before we ended up turning to google and YouTube how to fix some of the problems ourselves. Other than these things, the house is amazing, very convenient to get around with a rental car to various beaches and to/from Palma.

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern sehr schön. Die Kommunikation war wirklich top hab innerhalb paar Minuten eine Antwort erhalten. Kann die Unterkunft aufjedenfall weiter empfehlen.

A beautiful home in a quiet area of the city, the house was clean, well furnished and is as per the photos. A car is recommended as it is about 15/20min drive from Palma. Julieta was always responsive and helpful, and was a lovely host. Thanks for having us!

Blanca est une hôte très amicale et très réactive face a différents soucis lors de notre séjour (La serrure de la porte d’entrée est assez difficile et la sonnette du portillon en panne, les petits carreaux de la piscine tombent un à un) Si je peux faire une remarque sur la chambre parentale qui est magnifique, j’aurais aimé un linge de lit plus soigné et que les pommeaux de douches de la salle de bain est plus de débit. Je regrette le manque d’intimité dans toutes les salles de bains et toilettes de la maison car aucunes ne se ferment à clés. Pour le reste rien à dire, la maison est très bien équipée, propre et une mention spéciale pour la réactivité de blanca

Beautiful place in the middle of nowhere. All you can hear is goat bells and birds. The place is very remote which we loved. Villa is well thought out eg bedrooms away from pool. Pool was fab - love the water jet and bubbles too. We paid for it to be heated (30 degrees). Incredible sunset every night we were there. Large property and outside grounds. We have a 1 and 4 year old. The set up worked well for us. Nearest supermarket is 20/25 min drive. Nearest beach is 25 mins drive. King sized bed in each room. We also used the cot which was in very good condition. Saw previous review about bees. No issues for us and not a single mosquito bite. Large covered outside area. Enjoyed using the bbq - there is a sink and fridge outside Loved the warm outside shower. There were stairs with no stair gate but our toddler was ok. There are a lot of doors which can be opened from inside (no key needed). Too heavy for 1 year old but 4 year old could open them. We will definitely return!

We stayed at Fabrizio's Finca for an extended holiday weekend and loved the place! It is a wonderfully historic home and I truly look forward to staying there again into the future! It is a perfect place for a group to 4 - 6 people! Five Stars!!!

Villa superbe et qui correspond aux photos. L’emplacement est idéal pour se déplacer à vélo ou en voiture. Le cadre est calme et paisible sans vis à vis tout en permettant d avoir toutes les commodités à proximité. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille je recommande vivement :)

The house was perfect, the heated pool was excellent and the kitchen and house in general was really well equipped with everything needed for a great holiday. Francisco and Ana were such lovely hosts and really made an effort, we really appreciated the welcome gift, recommendations and responsiveness. Thanks again for being such great hosts.

het huisje was bij aankomst nog mooier als op de foto's, wat een plek! prachtige tuin/boomgaard, verse sinaasappels, citroenen en grapefruits. Kinderen waren niet uit het zwembad te krijgen, wij zaten hier vanaf 21 april 2025, 9 dagen. Door het heerlijke weer veel buiten. grote ruime keuken, en mega woon en eetgedeelte. Onze dochter noemde het huis van binnen een museum, veel oude schilderijen en meubels. De bank zat heerlijk en een mega tv. Veel gekko's om het huisje gezien. Roofvogels die over vliegen. Zwembad werd in onze week 2 x gecheckt, op het erf is een tuinman aan het werk, hier merk je niks van vriendelijke man!

Just had the most wonderful holiday in Maria's beautiful home in Palma. The house itself was everything we hoped for; beautifully clean, peaceful, incredibly comfortable beds (slept so well!) it was fresh and contemporary, and we just adored hanging out on the rooftop, having super chilled out lunches. We loved staying there. Walking distance to everything, highly recommend Bip shop which is a three minute walk for just about all your grocery needs and the divine Mercat de Santa Catalina which is the most divine indoor market, we ate so well all week! Thank you Maria, it was hard to leave the house and we just loved Palma! x

we verbleven 3 nachten in deze heerlijke villa. alles was netjes en er was genoeg ruimte. ook de tuin en het zwembad waren heerlijk om te ontspannen en we hebben iedere dag gebruik gemaakt van de BBQ om lekker buiten te eten. de villa ligt mooi prive op een heuvel en je hoort vrijwel niks van de omgeving/buren. al met al een geslaagde vakantie en we bevelen deze villa zeker aan!

Pepe‘s Finca was a great holiday home for us! It is super well maintained both inside and outside, lots of beautiful details! As Pepe looks after his animals daily we got to interact with him every now and then and he was very friendly! Communication over phone worked well and we always received speedy responses from Home Villas. The „noise“ around the place didn’t bother us at all, especially as it’s very calm at night, but if you are very sensitive to animal sounds and hearing a nearby street in the background during the day, this mightn’t be your place. We enjoyed hearing and seeing the huge variety of animals and there were no bad smells ever. The only very small downside for us was the varying water pressure, so we made sure to never shower in parallel. Overall an ideal place and starting point for a road cycling holiday.
