Thank you for a lovely stay. The place is in an amazing location, two minutes from the sea - you can see it from the bay window in the living room. Everywhere was lovely and clean and great value for money for the size - it’s huge! We loved the quirky layout too. For things to do, we loved the marine aquarium - it’s small but you get to hand feed the fish and hold starfish! The ammonite pavement on Monmouth beach is a must do too. The Lyme Regis museum is absolutely brilliant too. Both my kids loved it despite being very different ages (12 and 6).

Lovely central apartment that has everything you could want, Ben and the team were communicative and helpful. Everything felt fresh and clean, nothing shabby or falling apart. Absolutely would stay again!

The photos don’t do it justice. It’s an absolute must see. Perfect location that it’s just far enough away and high enough for fantastic views of the bay and lovely surrounding walks. Highly recommend walking along the seafront to birbeck and watching the sunset! Host responded quickly and was super helpful. Kitchen fully equipped with everything needed. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were there for 10 days from the US to attend a wedding. The flat allowed plenty of space for my family of 4 for the duration. It was nice to have a kitchen and be a short walk from 2 grocery stores. The town is beautiful, and people were so friendly. Staff at the Crooked Swan were a dream. We got to know several of them during our visit. A few recommendations: House instructions would be ideal. The WiFi network and password wasn’t posted, so we had to email the Swan, and it took a bit to get it sorted. It took us a few days to figure out how to open up the large ceiling windows throughout. There’s a pole in the primary bedroom to do it, but we didn’t realize what it was right away. It was very hot when we arrived, so that would have been helpful to know at check-in. It also would be great to have a large broom or vacuum, as the floors got quite dusty over our long stay. Overall, we loved it. I certainly recommend to others, especially families.

Mary was very welcoming to us on our arrival. The flat itself is very comfortable and right next to the shops / cafes etc in Dawlish. Very well equipped with everything you need for a lovely stay. We were on a family visit, but if you are looking for a holiday Dawlish is ideal and relatively unspoilt compared to other coastal towns. Lots of shops to explore, and of course the famous Gay's Creamery is here too (an absolute must-visit!)

Great service from Christine, very helpful and always replied promptly. The house is in a great location no matter what you want to do. The enclosed garden was great for the dogs and the house was very clean/tidy and had everyting needed to feel right at home straight away after the 10hour drive. I will definitely be in touch to stay again with my family.

Gemma’s place is stunning! Immaculately clean, well equipped and so welcoming! It was such a treat to come back from a breezy beach walk to a warm, cosy space. Gemma was super helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house very easy walk through the park to the nearby shops. Everything you could need for a weekend away handy and even a shop across the road for groceries! Good communication about the trip and real pleasure to stay here

We had a great family stay at this lovely house in Cardiff. Near by to lots of places to eat and a lovely park. Mohammed was great at communicating everything we needed to know and really quick to respond with any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

An unforgettable stay for a special occasion! We booked this house for my sisters 40th Birthday celebrations and it did not disappoint! About a 20-minute drive from Cardiff which was convenient when venturing out for food and drinks (I would advise pre booking travel as we got stung on return taxis) The check-in was very friendly and informative. The host made sure we had all the details we needed, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was just as described in the listing with plenty of space and thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special. Everything you could need was provided, including a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The place had all the essentials, and it was clear the host put a lot of care into making sure everything was available. We had a lovely stay! The house is a converted school with a huge main room and lots of bedroom space. We loved the convenience of the kitchen and washer and dryer. Lots of great pubs nearby and close for visits to Bristol and Chepstow. Hosts were very responsive.

We stayed at Danni's for a local wedding, it was perfect. Loads of space and well equipped, had everything we needed for a great weekend!

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay, spotlessly clean ,uncluttered and with everything we needed. Perfect for myself, my daughter and her baby, we really appreciated the peace and quiet of the area. The apartment was light and spacious with wonderful views over the beach and estuary, lovely to wake up to . What an amazing place to stay, The apartment was exactly as described and had everything needed for a great stay and felt at home. The apartment is in a great location to go and explore the surrounding area with lots to do and bars pubs and restaurants to sample. The apartment is situated behind the main road through the town but its location is in a very quiet back road and peaceful. Great break was had. Many thanks

Right from first contact Lynne was helpful, kind and generous, and her apartment is beautiful and equipped with absolutely everything that you could need or want. The views from the balcony are incredible and the apartment is only minutes from the beach, cafés, pubs and restaurants. We have stayed in quite a few apartments around the marina, but this by far has been the best.

Lovely peaceful location with coastal walks straight from the door. Fun watching and listening to the steam railway as it past every so often. The accommodation was great and the kitchen facilities excellent for doing your own cooking.
