For this review, I will lean on the old truism, "Actions speak louder than words." We have stayed at many lovely homes in Oxford, but Jill's place is our first choice. We just completed our third stay and this is my third review of her home. Absolutely everything is perfect every time. If you're looking for a more detailed review, please refer to my previously written reviews of March 2023 and April 2024. Thank you once again Jill for your hospitality and graciousness. Everything about the Milk House was absolutely perfect. This is a new home. We loved the design. It is open, bright and thoughtfully planned. The furnishings, fixtures and decor are first rate. The home was obviously built for their family and not simply to rent. The home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood that is close to anywhere that you want to go in Oxford. We would have walked to the Square, but it was a bit too chilly that weekend. Melissa is a gracious, generous host. She makes great, local suggestions if you need them. She is responsive and flexible. Perhaps the most convincing thing that we can say is that it is our favorite among many great homes that we have rented in Oxford and we plan on staying there again and again.

Deborah is a great host and her home is very spacious and an absolute gem for a football game stay. We had 7 people and we all fit comfortably into the living room as well as the sleeping accommodations. It was a very easy walk to The Grove and is in an ideal location for any events on campus. Thank you for your hospitality and allowing us to stay at your home!

We can't say enough about how much we loved Michael's place! The pictures do not do it justice. My family and I traveled to Oxford for a game and it was so perfect. The house is beautiful and so comfortable. It is ideal for a family or a group of friends. Michael and his wife thought of everything with so many nice touches and little extras around the house. We will absolutely visit again.

We had a wonderful stay! Location was fabulous and the house is very spacious. We comfortably fit 8 people for a long weekend and we would definitely come back!

The house was very clean and organized. We didn’t cook, but I know we could have easily prepared a meal there. There’s an electric kettle which was great since we drink a lot of coffee and tea. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the neighborhood quiet. All around great stay. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town for a ball tournament!

We were in town for a funeral. Preston was a very gracious host. All the instructions were very clear. The house was spotless. The floors were so clean when we were in the house I went barefooted.

This house was exactly what we needed for myself and my extended family for a wedding. It was 10 minutes or less to anywhere in Oxford, but quiet and peaceful at night. Great owner with fantastic communication.

Very clean and neat place! Felt right at home. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were absolutely spotless! Kitchen was well stocked for home cooking. Check in was easy and the WiFi was very good. All in all a great place and great hosts!

Amy’s home is beautiful inside and out. It was the perfect spot for a quick getaway. The home is stocked with everything you need to feel at home. The views outside were amazing and so cozy.

Ainsley was delightful and easy to work with. Very communicative and helpful. It was a great weekend even with the “L”.

The house is absolutely beautiful and the property is very well manicured. The host was very generous and helpful responding to any and all questions and accommodating our small family wedding. Very grateful and thankful to our host and his family for opening their home to us and letting us enjoy such a beautiful and spacious venue. The pool was our favorite part! And very much enjoyed by the whole family!

We had a large family group attending a wedding, including four adult couples and two children under the age of 10. The four king size beds were perfect for the adult couples, and the two clean beds were perfect for the children. Since it was an older home,some of the closet space and families were old style, but certainly adequate for our family group. We had a great time!

This was such a cute house that fit our group of 8 comfortably. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the amenities they had to offer. There was plenty of parking available. We had a slight issue being able to get in, but the host responded quickly and fixed our issue even at 9:30 pm. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Oxford.
