The apartment is located relatively close to the train station and also to the center of Florence, in addition to being very well equipped and modern. Excellent choice!

On ne peut rêver mieux avec la vue sur la Chapelle Medicis et le Duomo ! J'ai apprécié d'être à 2 pas des monuments et de pouvoir rentrer aisément le midi entre 2 visites pour manger assis ma Foccacia. Il y a d'excellentes Trattoria à 2 pas et même la librairie française. c'est le quartier des antiquaires. Assez calme la nuit. Alberto est un hôte accueillant, prévenant et m'a demandé en cours de séjour si tout allait bien ce qui a permis de m'apprendre qu'il fallait utiliser un adaptateur pour les appareils ménager. la cuisine est là pour cuire des pâtes au cas-où.

Piccolo appartamento situato a 10 minuti dalle mura di Lucca. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 persone e ci siamo trovati a vero bene. Nella casa troverete ogni confort necessario, diversi asciugamani ,kit per igiene personale. Vanessa è una persona molto cordiale e disponibile,ci ha fornito molte informazioni riguardanti la città,ci ha cambiato check in e out con orari migliori. Consiglio a tutti questa casa,se dovessi tornare a Lucca ripasserò da Vanessa al Lucca in!

Enrica, despite being a very busy teacher, was always immediately available and responsive to us. When the tea kettle sprung a leak a new one showed up a day or two later. When my husband fell seriously ill and was hospitalized she was there to support me. This airbnb host was more than just a host; she became a very special friend!

The vintage studio was perfect for me for two weeks. It’s in a great location with all the major sites walkable in 10-20 minutes including the station. There are great restaurants and bars nearby but the triple glazing means it is really quiet inside. Salvatore is so kind and helpful even bringing me a brand new kettle for my English tea ! And a toaster which is handy. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely come back to stay here when I am back in wonderful Florence.

This apartment was one of the best places we stayed in all of Europe. It was impecable'y clean and pertfect in evry way imaginable. You could not ask for anything more than the amenities they provided. The locations was outstanding, close to everything, very walakable, and easy to ingress and egress. The bedroom was great, mattress very comfortwble for us, and me who suffers from low back pain. It was very good all around. You could not ask for more than they provide. If there were 10 stars they would get eleven!

Fint och rymligt boende nära stad och strand. Paolo var en trevlig värd som var lätt att ha att göra med.

Veldig fin og praktisk leilighet. Kjempefin veranda. To store gode soverom, og ett mindre med køyesenger. Fin beliggenhet med 10 minutters gange til strandpromenaden og stranden, noe lengre til jernbanestasjonen. Koselig og rolig nabolag.

We stayed at Daria and Gabriele’s place in Florence, with the kids, it was exactly as described and easy to get to and walk around the city. Super place—highly recommended for families looking for a local experience in the heart of Florence with style! They were super helpful along the stay ! Thank you we will definitely do this again!

Brand new, modern, very spacious apartment. Extremely clean and comfortable. In a peaceful (no traffic noice) but convenient location with a nice view of the boats from the terrace.

By far, the best Air BNB stay I’ve had. Francesco was superb. Great communication. Sending a video of the entry process was really helpful. Everything was well thought out and it was hard to leave. The flat is in a neighborhood where I’ve stayed many times and is a very different, elegant part of Florence. There are plenty of shops and restaurants and the location down the hill near Porto Romana made grabbing the bus very easy. The furnishings and amenities were a cut above. Francesco could not have been more responsive to our needs, providing advice, taking care of a small plumbing issue immediately and making sure we got our taxi to the airport. I hope to be a repeat renter! Grazie mille.

We had such a magical stay here. It is a beautiful apartment, and in a great location. Everything was so easy and all the communication with the host was extremely efficient. I would definitely stay again.

We had a great experience at Mauro & Alda's apartment. The place is comfy and clean in a very chill and super convenient area. Fortunately we got good weather and it was very nice being able to cook and have a quiet dinner with wine in the patio.

Veldig praktisk sted for oss som skulle på sykkelturer fordi vi kunne enkelt trille syklene i leiligheten. Leiligheten er akkurat som på bildene. Eneste er at den er litt mørk siden det ikke er mange vinduer med godt dagslys. Det gjorde ikke oss noe. Veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom vertskap.

Absolutely fantastic location… just walk down a street in any direction and you’ll find incredible food, shops, and gelato within a few blocks. If you open the windows in the evening, you might even hear the sound of cello performers or opera singers in the square at the end of the street. It’s truly an idyllic neighborhood. Our host was incredibly proactive and a great communicator. A++ I wish the internet was a bit faster, but that’s Italy… and let’s be honest, this is not a place you come to work remote… It’s a place you come to explore and find serendipitous experiences you could never plan for. If you do need to get some remote work done, I recommend stopping by The Social Hub, which is a 20 minute walk away and a really cool co-working space. All in all… location location location! That’s what matters, and this Airbnb nails it.

Аренда была на две ночи. Спасибо огромное хозяевам этого прекрасного дома за создание комфортной атмосферы для отдыха! Квартира красивая, интересно оформлена, большая, светлая, чистая, на втором этаже, вход отдельный. Можно арендовать для большой семьи или нескольким семьям, есть дополнительные комнаты. Приятный запах помещения. Всё продумано. Удобная большая двуспальная кровать, постельное белье, тумбочки с ночниками, телевизор, шкаф. Кухня огромная. Вся необходимая посуда. Санузел большой, чистый. Полотенца, средства гигиены. Душ с ванной. Парковка удобная рядом с домом. Несколько минут до пекарни, где готовят прямо при вас невероятно вкусный хлеб и пиццу, продукты свежие. Люди отзывчивые. Очень приятная атмосфера! Очень свежий воздух!

Lorena's place offered easy access to all of Florence attractions, but also a pristine spot to unwind after a long day of walking. we didn't spend as much time using the amenities as we would have liked, but loved that it was an option! the place was eclectic and loved all the local touches. would stay again if we ever find ourselves in Florence!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sensationell. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten war schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und doch war die Straße sehr ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es viele kleine Bars und Restaurants, die anscheinend überwiegend von Einheimischen besucht werden. So hatte man das Gefühl auch das "echte" Florenz kennenzulernen. Die Wohnung war wunderbar eingerichtet und ausgestattet, die Betten waren sehr gemütlich und es fehlte an nichts. Der Kontakt zu unseren Vermietern war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und die Tipps waren super! Einzig, dass die Wohnung sehr weit oben ist und es kein Aufzug gibt, sollte bedacht werden. Wir hatten nur leichtes Gepäck und hatten kein Problem damit, die 4 Etagen hochzulaufen. Wir sind sehr begeistert und kommen gerne wieder!

Amazing place!! We’re been to many air B&B rentals and this one is definitely at the top of the list. Beautiful, spacious, and extremely clean. Beds are comfortable. Location is superb and very central (yet master bedroom is very quiet). View from the windows is gorgeous. Host was very responsive and friendly and went above and beyond in trying to help us with parking situation. We absolutely recommend.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier. Es ist einfach großartig nach einem wundervollen Tag in Lucca in den heißen Whirlpool zu steigen. Die Terrasse ist unschlagbar. Es ist alles so gemütlich und ästhetisch eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich gleich super wohl. Mit Emily funktioniert die Kommunikation super gut. Man ist schnell in der Stadt bzw. an der Stadtmauer, um mit dem Hund zu laufen. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!

El alojamiento es maravilloso, con todas las comodidades, muy bien decorado, muy acogedor y tiene un jardín precioso. es tranquilo y está muy bien ubicado tanto si quieres acercarte el centro en coche, en tranvía o andando. nos recibieron muy bien y nos dieron un montón de indicaciones. lo recomiendo mucho y sin duda repetiría. muchísimas gracias x todo. todo perfecto

Wow! Danke an die Familie für diesen unglaublichen Ort und diese schöne Zeit! Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum..so romantisch, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Familie ist sehr herzlich, wohnt über der Unterkunft und bietet sehr viel Privatsphäre. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und sind immer noch begeistert von diesem Pool. Ein Traum Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Auch das Restaurant der Familie ist so schön gemütlich und bietet unglaublich leckeres Essen! Vielen Dank!!
