Tania was extremely responsive and provided us with amazing recommendations throughout the island. It was fully equipped with everything needed for a weeks stay - amazing coffee machine, outdoor seating, washer and dryer, and a comfortable pull out couch which we enjoyed lounging on during the rainy days and watching movies. I would highly recommend this for your stay

Wir waren 10 Tage bei Ruben zu Besuch. Wir hätten uns keine bessere Unterkunft für unseren Aufenthalt vorstellen können. Leider hatten wir etwas Pech mit dem Wetter - umso schöner waren die Annehmlichkeiten von Pool und Sauna zu genießen. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und alles Top hergerichtet. Ruben hat uns sogar ein Willkommens- Korb mit allen nötigen Dingen ( Käse , Brot , Früchte etc) aus der Region bereit gestellt :) Wenn wir mal wieder auf die Azoren kommen sollten, dann definitiv wieder dort hin. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt und hoffentlich bis bald Leo und Max

Nous avons passé un super séjour. La maison est magnifique, très bien équipée, les lits sont confortables, l’espace extérieur est très agréable. Petit plus pour le jaccuzi qui nous a vraiment fait plaisir après nos randonnées. Carla et Marcio sont de supers hôtes, à l’écoute et réactifs. Je recommande fortement cette maison et nous espérons y revenir un jour. Merci !

First of all, The location was perfect, it’s in the countryside and the views were breathtaking. There was a farm right next to it which made it even more homey. Tips: make sure to rent a small car because the streets in Azores are very steep and narrow. The host was very responsive and any problem we had, he’d come right away to solve. Overall it was very homey and comfy. !!!My fiancé proposed in Azores !!!!

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux dans cette maison pleine de charme. José a été très présent et attentif, ce qui a grandement facilité notre arrivée et notre installation. La maison est exactement conforme au descriptif et aux photos : un véritable cocon, chaleureux et confortable, où l’on se sent immédiatement chez soi. Nichée au bord du lac, elle offre un cadre idyllique avec une vue à couper le souffle – les levers et couchers de soleil y sont tout simplement extraordinaires. C’est un lieu idéal pour les amoureux de l’authentique et de la simplicité, avec une atmosphère paisible et sincère, loin des artifices. Seul petit bémol : la route en contrebas, pavée et très passante, mais cela n’enlève rien à la beauté du site, qui fait partie des paysages les plus remarquables de l’île. Un grand merci encore à José pour son accueil !

La maison est situé dans une propriété privée très bien entretenu avec quelques animaux de ferme (enclos) pour le plus grand plaisir des enfants (poney, chèvres, vaches...). Le logement bénéficie d'une immense baie vitrée donnant sur la mer et d'une grand pièce à vivre avec plusieurs coins salons et une cheminée. Le nécessaire de cuisine est là et il y a également un barbecue à l'extérieur sur la terrasse. Une semaine paisible passée dans un environnement verdoyant et une île de Sao Miguel qui vaut le détour !

Casa do Rei was easy to find, had easy check in, and well located in walking distance to city center and fumaroles. The home is loved and taken care of. There is unique and detailed decor in every corner. The porch views are amazing as shown in pictures and we enjoyed the stay greatly.

We hebben een plezierig verblijf gehad in dit heerlijke vakantiehuis met fantastische ligging t.o.v. Lagoa Azul en Lagoa Verde, bijzonder zo middenin een vulkaankrater. Vijf mooie dagen gehad in de omgeving van Sete Cidades, met schitterende wandelingen en uitzichtpunten in de omgeving. Het is een sfeervol huis met een ruime tuin en ook deels overdekt terras, goede faciliteiten (basisvoorzieningen goed aanwezig). Het huis is traditioneel en sfeervol, netjes en schoon. Verhuurder(s) niet persoonlijk ontmoet, maar soepele, flexibele check-in met sleutel uit kastje en prettig contact via berichtjes. Aanbevelingswaardig.

Exactly as pictured, about 15 Minutes’ drive from Ponta Delgada airport. Although we were traveling with an 8 month old, we did not request any special accommodation. However, they set up a travel crib, had a high chair and baby bathtub when we arrived which was so thoughtful! Location is perfect in the middle of the island so you can easily get to all main attractions. Highly recommend for traveling families - plenty of indoor/outdoor space.

Très bel environnement, la maison était propre et correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, le panier de bienvenue a été fort apprécié.

Our stay was so relaxing with the beautiful grounds and views of the city and the sea. As you drive through the gate and down the long driveway and see the property for the first time, you are sent back in time by its old world charm. The pink stucco house sits on a hill with stunning views. The house was a little tricky for us to find, as the address on airbnb did not take us to the house, but we figured it out and it was smooth sailing from there. The location was very convenient to Ponta Delgada, tourist attractions, and other smaller towns. The house felt like living in a castle with modern conveniences and 5 full bathrooms, which was very nice for 8 guests. Our hosts were there to greet my friends, who arrived first, and gave them all the instructions for the house. There is a working farm on the property, as described. If you do not like the sound of donkeys braying, frogs croaking, or the faint odor of a farm, then this house is not for you. We loved it all!!

Als gezin hebben we een week in dit huisje gezeten. Het ligt werkelijk op een schitterende plek, direct gelegen aan een wandelpad, met bakkerij, supermarktje en restaurants op loofafstand. Vriendelijke mensen in het dorpje. Het huis zelf is ruim, wel wat gedateerd, maar dat geeft ook weer charme. Zeker een aanrader!

Vi var en gruppe venner, der boede i dette skønne hus hos Trandicampo ved Nordeste ifm. nytåret. Vi blev taget særdeles godt imod af Rui, der gav en masse nyttig informationer. Boligen ligger i flotte, rolige omgivelser tæt på både by, natur og en masse vandreruter. Kæmpe anbefaling herfra.

Fabulous inside and out. As others have said, do not hesitate to book here. The location is amazing for the views, the short walk into the village, the amenities provided. We spent our days out exploring and came back to enjoy our dinner (we stopped at a Pingo Doce on the way there) cooked in the wonderful kitchen, and watched the sunset reflecting on the mountainside across the lake from the dining room table. Truly unforgettable moments here. Joao communicated well and very quickly with any of our questions, and we felt welcome to enjoy this incredible cottage as if it were our own for the 3 days we spent there. Glad there had been some warning of the temperature change causing the front glazing to make cracking noises, but all was well. The place is an architectural delight.

We absolutely LOVED staying here! The “Secret Spot” was breathless and a magical place to view the full moon! The house and grounds were so peaceful and serene! We LOVED our welcome basket and trying all the local favorites. The beach was easily accessible and my kids swam everyday despite the cool weather. We definitely would recommend staying at this house! As a family of 4 it had everything we needed! We went to the grocery store to get food so that we could enjoy all the house had to offer!!! Un des meilleurs logement dans lequel j'ai pu séjourner au cours de mes voyages. Très calme, confortable, jolis meubles, lit très confort, attentions sympa pour le petit déjeuner. Tout était vraiment parfait. Nordeste est un coin de l'Ile éloigné et parfois un peu négligé alors que c'est superbe. Je recommande ce logement à 100%.

Jose's house was perfect for this retired couple who likes quiet surroundings and lots of hiking. The view from the sunroom with lots of seating was amazing. You can access hiking trails and the shuttle to Lagoa do Fogo by walking from the house. Good restaurants and groceries are within a short drive. If you spend the day out exploring further reaches of the island, Jose's house is the perfect comfortable place to relax after a long day.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Häuschen war großartig! Es war absolut sauber, sehr ordentlich und hat die Darstellung im Inserat klar übertroffen. Die Unterkunft ist deutlich großzügiger, als es auf den Bildern den Anschein macht und auch der Außenbereich ist nett und wohnlich gestaltet. Besonders der atemberaubende Blick aufs Meer hat jeden Tag zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Das Haus ist schlicht, aber funktional eingerichtet, ohne unnötigen Schnickschnack – genau das, was wir gesucht haben. Insbesondere für den jüngsten Gast, der mit uns gereist ist, wurde das Haus liebevoll mit Babybett, Babywanne, Handtuch und kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie Lotion & Duschbad ausgestattet. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die Ruhe, Sauberkeit und eine traumhafte Aussicht schätzen. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten und angrenzender Wiese. Die Gartenanlage ist wirklich sehr toll und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Das gesamte Grundstück ist von einer Mauer und einem Tor umgeben. Die Ausstattung ist gut und alles war sehr sauber.

A quinta era muito acolhedora! Adoramos a zona de churrascos, a lareira interior, toda a decoração, assim como o sossego envolvente. De destacar a simpatia do Emanuel, que foi muito querido connosco, deixando-nos usufruir mais tempo da sua casinha. 🙂 Agradecemos imenso e recomendamos! 5 estrelas⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Muito sucesso!
