Welcome to the Bungalow - an inviting home that was given a second chance at life! In 2022, the home was relocated from a neighboring community to a property in the quaint small town of Ponca. A spacious basement was created and the original structure was remodeled from the inside out. The Bungalow has been stylishly furnished and thoughtfully equipped to help its guests feel right at home. Whether you are visiting family or exploring Ponca State Park, the Bungalow is the perfect place for you!

Hometown Hideaway

Hometown Hideaway is located near Ponca State Park- a great place for a weekend getaway! This charming house built in 1925 has been recently renovated and provides a great place to experience moments and create memories with friends and family. There’s lots of room for kids to play and adults to relax. Ponca has many hidden gems to discover! We are still putting finishing touches in the house, but are excited to share this beautiful home. Country living at it’s best! Located 6 miles from Randolph , Ne. Quite , peaceful country style of living! Have a small pond on site for your viewing pleasure and relaxing times with a full swing set for the young at heart fun times! My shed is heated during the winter months! FYI The Loft bedroom and TV room are located upstairs from the kitchen (Please bring your own food for meals! ) and bathroom are on the bottom floor! Recently add washer and dryer system! New central Air conditioning !

The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

D'Brick House in Wayne

D'Brick Cottage is located across from Wayne State College in Wayne, NE. This recently renovated 2-bedroom house offers a comfortable place to get away. Includes indoor fireplace, equipped kitchen with all appliances and conveniences, plus laundry in the basement. The perfect place to get some rest for traveling employees, visiting family, or just because. SPECIAL NOTE: The basement contains an apartment that is rented separately.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Located walking distance from downtown, this home has beautiful bluff views. A lovingly restored, 1930's cottage on the historic Peterson Farm on a county highway near Beresford, SD. Our farm will be 135 years old in 2026! Peace and quiet in a beautiful rural setting.
