The Farm exceeded all expectations. Truly felt like we were welcome guests in Shelley's home. From the fully stocked kitchen to the freshly made chocolate chip cookies to the comfortable beds, to the little notes left around, this place deserves 5++ stars. An added bonus for us was the surprise tie to Terry McCann, & Shelby Wilson, Olympic wrestling gold medalist!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was so cute and had everything we needed and more. It was clear that everything was very well thought out. We will definitely come back next time we’re in Ponca!

This is the second time we have stayed here and it is the perfect spot for our family when we come to visit relatives. We love it and Allison is so responsive.

We stayed for 2 nights while attending The Boys From Oklahoma concert. We felt right at home!! (It was definitely the cows around us all day that made it like home❤️) great place and very private. Great back patio area and easy walking down to the Arkansas River. Definitely wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed 2 nights to attend a concert in Stillwater and Matthew's house was perfect for our needs. Comfortable beds and furniture and the full kitchen allowed us to cook instead of eating out for every meal. The hot tub was an added bonus to an already great place. Plenty of space for 2 couples and I also felt comfortable in the neighborhood for my morning run each day. The coffee bar was also amazing! If we're ever in the area again we would definitely stay here!

Place was exactly as described. We enjoyed our quick getaway! Paul was very responsive and courteous.

We had a wonderful stay. I would suggest this place to anyone that's looking for a clean reasonable place in Ponca City. The host was most reliable and would get back quickly if I had a question. Will definitely see if this property is available when we return to Ponca City.

I want to say this is a very comfortable, humble, and welcoming home. I felt very at ease with everything there and was completely comfortable the entire time. I could have not been happier with what we got from it. Our little family got to relax, play outside, sit by the fire the second night (Oklahoma acted like it was going to blow away Friday!) it's definitely a must stay again and the way they supply so much real household items to use is amazing as well! makes it to where you can pack light and have more room in your vehicle during vacation which is a huge plus in a family of 4! thank you and God bless you guys!
