Highly recommend this place. Great location with a short walk to the beach as well as plenty of restaurants and stores. Magarita is a great host very responsive and gave great information/recommendations!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The penthouse was amazing and lived up to everything that it looks like online. Very family friendly and had plenty of amenities available. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a great time in Florida.

We had a great stay. We traveled with our 2 daughters and they slept comfortably on the pull out sofa (it has a memory foam mattress). All the amenities at the hotel were great and the staff was accommodating with keeping our luggage so we could use the pool for early check-in. The place was clean and as pictured. We would definitely stay here again. Great area with restaurants etc. walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay tremendously! The unit was immaculate and had everything you could need - and more. Building facilities were excellent; the building concierge, the gym and pools were great. Short and easy walk to the beach and all Fort Lauderdale has to offer, especially restaurants and nightlife. Highly recommend! We are already planning our next stay!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here and this place was perfect for our family. From bathroom essentials, all the beach and pool amenities, to a high chair and pack and play—everything that was provided took this accommodation to the next level. We had no issues throughout our weeklong stay, this place truly felt like “our” vacation pad. We will definitely check back here for our next trip to Fort Lauderdale!

My family and I had an amazing time. We definitely enjoyed the backyard! The jacuzzi was everything! I was highly satisfied with how well the kitchen was stocked and love that we were in a central location. Overall the experience of the home was Outstanding. Thank you so much Cindy !

Our Stay at Marlena’s Place was just what we needed she was truly a wonderful Host ! Communication was a breeze .. and I highly recommend this home ..the design of the home was in true Soflo style and offered many areas to lounge … the kitchen had everything you needed .. the highlight of the inside is the back game /Tv /Den area our children did not want to leave that game room full stocked with games and dedicated work space was a plus ..the backyard is the true highlight of the entire home ..outdoor living room with TV was enjoyed all day and night .. the pool area was awesome … and had everything you need from floats to toys for the kids .. we will definitely be back next time we are in town !

Chris really put a lot of time and effort into this house. The attention to detail is amazing. I felt like we were staying in a four star resort. Everything works! Even the knives in the kitchen were extremely sharp. The pool is outstanding and beautiful with a lot of thoughtful details that just make it easier to be out there for the whole day like shade, beautiful, TV’s, seating areas in different locations with thoughtful and high-quality furnishings. There were plenty of great pool toys for the kids and they spent a whole day just hanging out at the house playing in the pool. The barbecue grill even had an extra propane tank in case we ran out of fuel. The kitchen was well appointed for two parents having four kids to be able to cook breakfast and lunch at the house. They saved us a ton of money and we just went out for a nice dinner in the evening. There are so many great restaurants in this area that are just a few blocks away. The beach was incredible. Very private.

Excellent place to stay. The pool and backyard was nice, and the bathrooms were also great. The spaces in the front and back yards were private and nicely decorated.

We had an awesome stay at Mark’s apartment in Miami! The place was super clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. The building is really nice with great amenities - loved the gym, pool, jacuzzi and the play area. Location was perfect too - walkable to tons of restaurants and shops, and really easy to get around (5 mins drive to Wynwood walls, 20 mins to Miami Beach). My kids loved watching the trains from the balcony. Mark was very responsive. We had a hiccup with parking but he solved it right away. Just a note for light sleepers that it can get noisy on the weekend but it’s expected for the convenience of the location. Overall we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay here!

We had a fantastic stay! Gee was incredibly responsive, understanding, and clear in all her communications, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The place was exactly as pictured - clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The backyard setup for kids was absolute gold! It was a slide, swings, basketball rim, pool, and clubhouse, it felt like a private little playground! I really appreciated the attention to detail. Highly recommend staying here for anyone reading this!

My quick weekend stay here was great. The condo was clean and ready when I arrived. The location is ideal for the beach. Going downstairs and out the back leads you right to the nice pool. Out the gate is a direct path to the beach. If you're looking for something to eat, I'd suggest the Argentinian restaurant Patagonia across the street...delicious food, desserts, coffee, etc. All tha being said I'd definitely recommend this condo for your getaway.

Maria’s place was beautiful! It was a close walk to the beach and many great restaurants, and we enjoyed the amenities of the condo association. We would love to go back!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, sehr geräumig, äußerst sauber und mit allem Notwendigen versehen. Uns hat sie sehr gut gefallen, und wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Für unseren Strandurlaub war alles vorhanden, einschließlich Sonnenschirmen und Strandstühlen. Der Pool und der Strand sind nur wenige Meter entfernt, was perfekt war. Ich kann die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen. Annie ist eine großartige Gastgeberin; auf alle unsere Fragen antwortete sie jederzeit schnell und war überaus hilfsbereit.

This place exceeded all expectations, it was even better than the photos. The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and located in a peaceful, private spot just a quick walk to a stunning beach. We were surrounded by fantastic restaurants, making it easy to enjoy great food without going far. The attention to detail, comfort, and cleanliness made it feel like a true getaway. Highly recommend and already planning our next stay here. The host were also amazing! They truly provided an effortless experience from check in to check out. Donna’s place is amazing! Location is close to everything and condo is very well appointed with anything anyone would need. Beach items was very much appreciated. We cannot say enough about the spectacular views. Pictures don’t do this condo justice because it is even more beautiful in person. We cannot wait to visit same time next year. This rental unit was exactly as described. It was perfect for our family of 4, with each kid having their own bed and bathroom. Just a block from the beach, it is close and convenient to everything. We have stayed in this building before because we love the building itself, and this was absolutely the best unit we have stayed in. The wraparound balcony offers gorgeous views and the interior was pristine. The hosts were communicative and so easy to work with. We would absolutely stay here again.

If you want a condo on the beach that is steps from the pool and the sand, with an incredible view, this is it. Building is safe/secure which is super important to me. Everything was immaculate, new, modern. Kitchen is super well stocked, cooked twice in the kitchen two totally different meals and wasn’t missing a single ingredient (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc). There is a Publix on the same street (on the west side of the street) which is super convenient. Pool area is immaculate, so are pool bathrooms. Pool was never crowded which is saying a lot because we went on spring break. Guests were friendly and so were the staff of the building. You’ll appreciate the result of the buildings rules because you feel safe, more private, it’s a beautiful space and it’s very well kept. Will definitely be back!! PSA: Vodka penne at “The Boardwalk Restaurant” on the strip is AMAZING. Italian/American food at 1400 N Surf Rd.

From every Airbnb stay I have eve had, Jesica has been by far the BEST host I have come across. She was not only caring, she was super responsive and dealt with every concern I had. There was a delay with getting the room cleaned from the hotel and Jesica and within minutes Jesica had called the hotel to rectify the issue. She was also so kind to make my first travel experience with my 2 month old baby a comfortable one to remember! The place is stocked with all the travel essentials that you don’t want to drag along with you and MORE. If I ever have to travel again to Miami with a baby I know I’m coming back here. The view to the ocean was beautiful but what really made my stay memorable was Jesica being such an accommodating and responsive host who cares about her guests, it makes a huge difference in the experience.
