Welcome to our cozy little garden house with a sauna! It's located in Supilinn - a bohemian wooden housing area just 15 minutes walking from the centre. The surrounding area includes many parks and the river Emajõgi. You can stay overnight in the green milieu and experience the real Estonian wooden heated sauna. Sleeping room for 2 but the sauna can fit up to 5 people. Bus N.13 will drive you from bus station within 10 minutes. We also have a cat and a dog on the premises, but they're friendly.

Tartu kesklinnas maja neljandal korrusel asuv ühetoaline korter, kuhu külalised pääsevad hõlpsasti bussiga (1,1km) või rongiga (950m). Autoga tulles saate parkida samasse tänava äärde. Tasuline parkimine on tööpäeviti 8-18, muul ajal tasuta. Samuti meil tasuta kiire internet ning ligidal bussipeatus. Jalutage 5-minutit Riia mäest alla ja olete kohe kesklinnas! P.S. A cozy apartment in a greenery 24/7

A quiet apartment in a green region. Hiking trails few hundred meters (Intsikurmu) or 5 min by car (Mammaste). The balcony overlooks the stadium, Intsikurmu and the surrounding forests. Põlva Cultural Center and the city center are a few (walking) minutes away. The apartment has a double bedroom, a cozy kitchen and a living room with a balcony. Nearby there is a good sport hall Mesikäpa (Kesk 25), swimming pool and saunas (Uus 3) and the best restoran (Uus 5).

Free gym, rooftop terrace and laundry access; cinema room available for an additional fee.

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).

Apartment is locating in the area, where are wooden houses from 19-20th century, called Karlova. Nearby are bar and tiny cafes with enjoyable atmosphere. Grocery store (Tähe Rimi mini) 120m. Karlova park nearby. 15 minute walk to the city center.
