The Forest House sits in front of a private Lake Sanksaare in between 120-year-old pine trees. The house can be heated by a wood burning stove with a beautiful glass door to enjoy the flames. The Sauna has juniper ceiling giving an amazing aroma. Washing is done in the old-school method with a bowl of warm water and mug to shower oneself. There is plenty of dry firewood on the premise all included in the booking price. The lights lead to a romantic outdoor toilet cabin 15m from the house.

IMPORTANT for visitors from 2nd November - 31st March: UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT USE THE HOT-TUB DURING THE WINTER AND ONLY THE SAUNA IS AVAILABLE. We will open the hot-tub again from 1st April 2026. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards and a canoe) is for you to use and included in the price.

The apartment is soundproof to noise from the street. The house is situated 2 km outside Tartu in a picturesque location with the view to the woods and surrounded by 2064m² of lawn. You can enjoy barbeque, go to sauna, swim in the pond, listen to good music with your own pleasant company. There is plenty of room for free parking. Decent discgolf course is in the backyard!
