I love my stay in Don's Place. It's in the mountains with beautiful surroundings, and it's very peaceful and private. The environment is clean, and I love the fact that I can cook/warm up my food privately. I love the sink which is big enough to do my dishes or wash my hair. It's warm and cozy enough in the space, cool when it's hot outside. I can sit out on the porch and relax, or fire up the grill. Don's Place is big enough space for one or two people with useful amenities.

My family and I only spent one night at Tammy's place but I wish we could have spent more. Everything was well thought out. The decor was beautiful and the house was clean. Thanks for a great stay!

We travelled from SC for an overnight trip and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peggy’s place! It was just like it’s described, great location too! The porches are perfect for morning coffee. The house is well stocked with anything you could need! Peggy is a great host, her response time to my messaged was quick, she was very accommodating to us and our arrival time! Check in was a breeze! Highly recommend! We will definitely stay there again!

What a unique and beautiful residence. My husband is from that area, and we came up from Florida to visit with his family. One of his uncles and his wife stayed with us and we branched out from there to visit others daily. The home is so beautiful and comfy with many areas to sit a spell and visit. Loved everything about it! We would absolutely book here again!

There were six of us in town for Hillbilly Days and the Dwight Yoakum concert and a girls weekend! This was a perfect place to stay. So close to downtown (we could have walked but we chose to drive), but completely private and quiet in a unique setting. The house was very roomy and clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!

We had a peaceful and quiet Christmas with family invited over for Christmas Eve dinner. We really enjoyed our stay. There is plenty of room for our two children to play inside and outside. This was our second time staying and plan to return again this upcoming year. Great location for us to our family. It really makes it easy for all of us to get together. Everything was nice and clean and Denver is a great and communicative host.

I was in town on business and stayed 3 nights at the Town Mtn Villa #2. The unit was 1 of 3 units located in a large log cabin. The surroundings and outdoor views look just like pictures in the listing. Large decks and beautiful sitting areas surround the log cabin. The unit was very recently updated and offered a full oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The unit is just minutes to Pike U and Pikeville proper. The location was easy to find and access. The price per night was an exceptional value for the quality of the unit. Overall I would give it 5 out of 5 stars and recommend this unit to anyone looking for an alternative to the hotels in the area. One thing to note: you may not get to park near the unit. Parking is somewhat limited, with only 2 small upper parking spots and multiple units available for rent. Parking next to the unit is not guaranteed. To address this they offer additional parking areas over the hill near the roadway. Great place, would rent again.

Very neat property at the end of a secluded gravel driveway with beautiful mowed meadow in front. Cross the creek into your own private cabin getaway with comfortable beds and basic necessities and nothing more. Very clean and had a washer and dryer but bring your own soap if you need to run a load. We were on motorcycles so having a dryer after a day in the rain was perfect! Beautiful peaceful covered porch to relax and watch the birds and listen to the creek. We saw a muskrat swimming, it was raining overnight or we could have enjoyed the fire pit. Definitely an awesome property!
