This cozy 1955 Sears & Roebuck kit house has been brought back to life! We vaulted ceilings and removed walls, but kept the original footprint. It is just the right size for a getaway for 2 - 4 with 1 private bedroom and a sleeping loft. It has all the modern conveniences and is nestled at Gilbert Landing, 1 mile from downtown and 15 min to TIEC. We are dog-friendly, with host approval. There is a $99 pet fee for one dog. No dogs under 1 year. Additional pet & cleaning fees longer stays.

Newly remodeled 2 bedroom, one bathroom cottage in the Mill Spring, NC area, includes entire house. Situated only 10 miles from beautiful Lake Lure and 6.6 miles from Tryon International Equestrian Center, it's the perfect little private getaway for your time in the area. If you're wanting to bring your furry friend(s), please note that they need to be approved first. The pet fee is nonrefundable and is $75 per pet. The property includes a large back yard.

The decor is contemporary and spacious, with all the conveniences of home. Speed limit is 10 MPH, we have pets and are a working farm! MAX OCCUPANCY 4. Additional $150 will be charged for additional guests. $250 non-refundable fee for 1 pet and $400 for 2 pets. Pets must be crated when not home.
