Such a cute place in a great location! It had all the amenities and it was walkable. I was able to work remotely during the week as the space was peaceful and had great WiFi. Tom was a great host! A nice little touch was that we could leave our suitcases in the entryway after checkout and come back for them later in the day. Definitely would stay here again!

Mahshid was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was clean, spacious, and a very short drive to some popular attractions like “The Broken Spoke”, “The High Ball”, and “Barton Springs”.

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

Highly recommend staying at Kay's place. The only downside was the street noise was a bit loud for the bedroom facing the road.

If you are looking for a nice,clean,quiet place to call home while in Austin then look no further. Andy and Lisa were great hosts who made sure to provide all the amenities as promised. They were responsive to messages and the apt was very clean. Bonus was that the city bus picked at the end of the first major street and the apt is within walking distance of some great food trucks. The stay was great Jordan gave me a lot of recommendations to spot around the area. He was a great host the location was in the middle of everything and the air bnb was in a quiet area would come back again

The accommodation at Rick's was great. It is located in a quiet area. We were looking for accommodation close to The Salt Lick and this accommodation is not only close but also offers everything we needed. It is definitely suitable for long term stays. It is a small apartment that has a fully equipped kitchen including stove and oven, large fridge, microwave, coffee maker (coffee was provided). All utensils, spices, cleaning products... The nook with a small sofa and table was also nice. Quiet beautiful place with a view of the horses. Sorry we only spent one night in the area. If we can ever return, we will definitely stay at Rick's again.

Had such a great stay! This home was perfect for a one night stay. Enjoyed it and my dogs loved the back yard! Highly recommend.

INCREDIBLE! What a beautiful home and stay. I was visiting my son who attends UT and I wanted something close enough to campus while being able to have a peaceful spot to make homemade meals and do laundry and just relax. Kate's home was even better than the photos - the plants and decor and overall vibe are welcoming in a way that makes you feel right at home the second you step in. Staci, the co-host, is an excellent communicator and super friendly. I plan to use this as my landing spot in ATX from now on!

Ashlan’s home felt just like home for my family. It was located in a peaceful neighborhood with great walking trails and playgrounds for children. The house is not far from Downtown or the airport. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Austin.

Bill and Rita are fantastic hosts and are the examples of what a caring host should be. Arete Stay is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a second home while away. It is fully equipped to handle any family and friend gathering with plenty of room inside and outside. We appreciate this place and will definitely be staying here again as we visit Austin regularly.

We stayed at Mikes place for our son’s wedding. It was just beautiful! Very spacious! Home was spotless! Mike had a fully stocked kitchen. The backyard was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again on our many trips back. Many thanks for your kindness.

It’s easy to see why Molly’s place is listed as a “guest favorite.” From the minute we stepped through the garden gate into the enchanting front yard and saw her charming cottage, we knew we had found a special place to stay. Tucked away at the bottom of a cul-de-sac, the home was quiet and peaceful, despite being conveniently located near many restaurants and activities. As a host, Molly was communicative, flexible on check-in and check-out times, and so welcoming - she even set out a nice bottle of wine for us to enjoy! My husband, adult son, and I were in Austin to visit our daughter, and she liked the place so much that she decided to stay with us in the third bedroom for a “staycation.” There was plenty of room for the four of us to spread out in the beautiful sunroom, large living room, and comfortable bedrooms. Fingers crossed that Molly’s place will be available when we return to Austin for another visit!

Julia's place was small but well appointed and in the perfect location for the five of us - close to family we were visiting and easy to get downtown for planned festivities. It's a duplex with a shared living room wall, which we were aware of, but the walls are quite thin. Still as long as both sides are respectful of the quiet hours, which was the case, there shouldn't be any issues. We had a lovely morning walk before the kids got up over to a nearby coffee shop to people and dog watch. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great stay great views great vibe

The condo was perfect. It had everything we needed for our three nights in Austin. The unit was clean, well-equipped and accurate to the listing description and photos. The Natiivo is a great complex on the edge of downtown and has a rooftop pool and gym. There are a lot of very walkable restaurants and bars nearby. Rainey is a cool area. We did a great whiskey tasting class at Standard Proof around the corner, walked to Rainey at night for drinks and music, and loved the restaurant Emmer & Rye one block away. The entire city is rather walkable, but there is an electric bike rental right around the corner which I definitely recommend, and the walking path that goes around Ladybird lake is just one block south. Himesh was very responsive and communicative throughout our stay. The place is great, clean and quiet with lots of restaurants nearby and easy walkability to downtown Austin/Congress Ave as well as Lady Bird Lake trail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will recommend this location to any friends travelling to Austin in the future!

We had a lovely week staying at this apartment. The apartment had all the facilities that we needed and it was far better than staying in a hotel. The Rainey street area had plenty of bars and restaurants and it was close to Lady Bird lake and some lovely walks. if we come back to Austin, this will definitely be our first choice stay.

Lovely long weekend stay for rest and relaxation. Unit is as described. Clean, well appointed and spacious: Host is very responsive and helpful. Overall, good value booking. Won’t hesitate to come back.

Great place to stay. Clean, nice, safe. The rooftop pool was nice amenity. Can walk to get food and the bars. Would book again.
