Old Town Lake Retreat

Take it easy at this secluded, waterfront cabin near beautiful Magnolia Beach. Fish or launch kayaks from your front yard. This rustic property is located down a dirt road that can be very difficult to access when it rains a lot. 4x4 vehicles recommend. During dry times, the road is fine. Wildlife of all kinds are sometimes seen, many species of birds, bobcat, deer, and sometimes snakes. Alligators live in Old Town Lake, much like any body of water in South Texas. Swimming not recommended.

The Pelican

Relax, take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway by the bay, fish all day, catch crabs at the crabbin bridge or bask in the sun. The Pelican is a cozy cabin within minutes of the beach for swimming, fishing, crabbing or soaking up some sun. The beach is approximately a 5 minute drive from the cabin, bring your bicycle and ride to the beach, there are a couple of folding chairs for the the beach, beach bag and towels available. Redfish, Speckled Trout, Drum, crabs and other saltwater fish are abundant around the pier. Dolphins, birds and other sea creatures are everywhere. Ocean going ships navigate the ship channel. Salt air, ocean breezes, gentle waves and star filled nights are the ultimate stress reliever.

They have two separate listings to identify them for renting purposes, Casita A and Casita B. This listing is to rent Casita B, a one bedroom condo with amazing views and access to a lighted fishing pier.
