Waterwood is conveniently located between I69 ( Hwy 59) Livingston & I45 Huntsville. We are a 30 min drive to Sam Houston State university and about 1 hr 10 min drive into Houston via I 69 or 1 hr to The Woodlands via I 45. Come and unwind from the hustle and bustle at our Getaway !

Property also has multiple picnic tables, hammocks, fire pits and gills to enjoy together as a group with the guests staying in the other 2 homes or individually. Its the perfect get away to enjoy the peace and quiet of country living and only a few minutes from Lake Livingston !

Secluded 33 Acres, Private Pond and Trails

Enjoy private use of 33 acres surrounding a secluded pond near Lake Livingston. From the hilltop porch enjoy the view of the valley flowing into the pond, wander trails through the woods, sunbathe on the dock, quietly paddle with a line in the water, or simply settle in with a book by the fire pit.
