Great place for a family stay. Plenty of space, super quiet and very comfortable. Had all the amenities you would need and everything was in top condition. The host's parents live next door and we're super friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and the old town was a comfortable walk away. There is also a smaller town square with restaurants, a cafe and groceries just down the road. Great view from the rooftop terrace (thank you Elena for showing the kids up there, they had a great time making snowmen!). Highly recommended - worlds best according to my 7y/o daughter!

We truly enjoyed our stay with the majestic views and very comfortable layout of the home. Our host was very friendly, responsive and helpful in recommending us beautiful surroundings to visit. The house was very clean and well taken care of. Thank you !

We loved our stay in Felix and Teodora’s house! It was not just a place to stay, but an iconic experience, considering the alpacas and other animals in the garden, and specifically their super friendly doggy! He was very playful and cute! Great vibe!

La casa estava en perfectes condicions, érem un grup de 8 amics i vam estar molt còmodes. Habitacions molt grans i lavabos amb dutxa de sobres per a tots. Vam poder utilitzar l’espai exterior i fer una barbacoa sense cap problema. Els propietaris van estar sempre atents que no ens faltés de res.

The place itself is great: very clean, bright, well thought for living, has everything necessary for living there, me and my wife are really happy about the place. There are a lot of good restaurants and pubs nearby, apartment is located 1 minute away from the old city center with all the places. Claudia was very responsive and friendly, thanks for all the assistance and recommendations! Only real downsides are that it's hard to find parking in the active tourism season (we were here at the beginning of May), even for paid parking it can take quite a while to find a spot, and secondly there was not the best smell from the toilet even thought apartment was totally clean and felt clean. Anyway, it's a great place to stay, would totally recommend to anyone willing to visit Brasov and enjoy beautiful mountain nature!

Stayed for 3 nights with my son, and it was perfect. The place was spacious allowing us space for hanging out, play games, eat etc... the place was clean and well equipped and felt very new. Having parking on the property was great. The hosts were super friendly and responsive, we decided to extend our stay another night and they made it happen right away. The place is a walking distance from the center of the city - it's 20 minutes and up and down a hill - but actually a nice walk and a good way to stay fit after our nice dinners :)

Șederea a fost foarte plăcută. Apartamentul este spațios, curat, frumos amenajat și bine utilat. Gazdele au răspuns prompt tuturor solicitărilor noastre. Ne-au pus la dispoziție un pătuț și un scaun de masa pentru copil și pe deasupra au avut grija sa lase pe noptiera și cărticele de povesti pentru bebeluși. Un gest foarte frumos. Am avut noroc și am putut parca 2 mașini în curte. Totul a fost foarte bine.

Brasov un lugar formidable ! y aún más en departamento en dónde alojamos. todo estaba muy ordenado, muy amplio, con muchos detalles que hicieron de nuestra estadía un lugar increíble. solo comentar que el balcón es genial y quizás sería bueno sacarle aún más provecho, tiene unas vistas muy bonitas en dónde puedes disfrutar de un maravilloso atardecer.Alex es un tremendo anfitrion, muy preocupado, atento y servicial. sin duda volveremos dónde Alex en el futuro. muchas gracias !!! cata y Ale

Great experience staying at Atenas place. Brasov is my favorite Romanian city and the appartment contributed to this experience. :) Only caveat: a big car might not fit in the parking slot

Mi-a placut aceasta locatie si cu siguranta voi reveni. Am facut rezervarea doar cu cateva ore inainte dar gazdele au fost foarte receptive si m-am cazat repede. Am gasit in acest apartament absolut toate lucrurile de care aveam nevoie. De la ustensile de bucatarie, de curatenie, de fiecare data cand am avut o necesitate, cu siguranta s-a gasit undeva. In plus, este situat intr-o zona de case cu foarte multa liniste. Ai acces la un spatiu si afara unde poti sa lucrez linistit, pentru ca ai o masa unde iti poti pune laptop-ul si te poti bucura de aerul curat. Overall, o experienta frumoasa, linistita unde m-am simtit ca acasa.

This amazing and cozy apartment is ideal for a road trip to Brașov. It's conveniently located near Peles and Bran castles, making it a great base for exploring the area. The availability of parking space is a significant advantage. Situated in a newly built residential complex, the apartment is spacious and well-equipped, featuring two beautiful bathrooms and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant vacation. Mihaela is very supportive and responds quickly to any requests. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Brașov!

Très bel appartement, propre, chic et bien situé. Il était possible de se rendre à pied sans problème dans le centre-ville tout en étant dans un coin paisible de Brasov. Possible de regarder de beaux couchers de soleil juste devant le bloc appartement! Nous avons adorez et je le recommande à tous!

Apartamentul e situat intr-o zona de interes pentru noi (zona Tractorul), la 5 minute pe jos de Coresi Shopping Center. Curat, ingrijit, format din 2 camere (dormitor + living), dar in living gasesti un pat matrimonial foarte comod. Ne asteptau in apartament o sticla de vin alb, in frigider apa si suc de portocale, fructe pe masa in bucatarie. Totul a fost conform asteptarilor, recomand acest apartament.
