The main bedroom and the small terrace overlook the lake. The roomy, old-fashioned kitchen boasts all modern facilities, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The large living room overlooking the lake is connected with the two terraces, the lower of the two being used as a private beach. The house has Internet and cable TV.

It is only 15min drive to Drilon, Tushemisht and Lin traditional villages and 10 minutes walk to the lake beach of Pogradec.
