Beautiful apartment in the center of Wilmington. We own land and have our camper set up in the next town over, but with the cold weather lately, the camper is still winterized. We wanted to come up and get some yard work done and stay locally, and this apartment was the clear winner! Walking distance to our favorite coffee shop, lots of restaurants, my favorite bookstore (!!) and walking trails. Loved the deck- even though it was April and iffy weather, we were able to have takeout dinner outside one night! So grateful that Jennifer allows pets, as we have two dogs and it’s often hard to find pet friendly Airbnb accommodations that are in a good location and as clean as this place! Jennifer was so kind, accommodating and responsive. She went out of her way to make sure we had a great trip- she’s definitely one of the best hosts we’ve had! Thank you for making this week wonderful! We will be back.

Alicia's place was cozy and comfortable, and the view of the river was gorgeous. A beautiful area, nice and quiet, but still quick and easy to get to local towns. We hope to stay here again the next time we're visiting family.

The place had everything I was looking for. Very peaceful, private and safe 👌🏽 Loved de sound of the river in the backyard and to be able to sit by it and enjoy the sense of peace that it gives. Surrounded by nature, the place is just perfect for that well-needed getaway to unwind and relax 👌🏽 That Superhost title is well-earned! Liz is such a wonderful host 👏🏽 She is super responsive, very attentive, wonderfully helpful and kind 🧡 She helped me make the most of my stay 🧡 Poop Stick is such a lovely dog 🥰 I will definitely be staying again in the future. Highly recommended place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thanks for the host making this place like home. Furnitures are well organized. My partner and I love the sofa in the living room. There is a big sofa and single arm chair sofa. It’s good for staying with partner to kiss cuddle and more. We love the well organized kitchen. Very well-equipped. They even have some stock of food, coffee and tea bags just in case if you are hungry in mid night. We came here for skiing trip. It’s just 15 min to Mt Snow, 1.5h to Okemo. Stratton is also around this area. Great location for mountain staycation.

Susan’s place was quiet, clean and lovely. Close to town, but still in a wooded area. The apartment is well designed with everything you could need, including delicious coffee.

This was our second stay here and we do love it very much and will continue to return as often as possible.

We have stayed here multiple times as we visit our grandchildren quarterly. Jill's place is comfortable and accessible to town. She has always communicated with us.

Amazing location ON TOP of the falls! You can hear and feel the beauty of Otter Creek right below you. Walkable to everywhere in town and at the college. Had everything we needed for a great long weekend visiting our son at Midd. Would definitely stay again:)))

The house was beautiful and in a perfect location. Everything was clean and well cared for. The owner was very responsive and detailed—we didn’t need to message them at all during our stay! Would recommend to everyone.

This lake house lives up to all wonderful reviews it has been given. So comfortable, open , and beautiful scenery. My husband, myself and our dog spent several days enjoying the peaceful surroundings. We saw loons,Canadian geese, mallards, kingfisher, and even an eagle that swooped in for a fish . The house itself has all the comforts of home you could need. We loved the coffee mugs so much that we bought some for home! Also a Nespresso machine may be in our future. Thank you to Danielle and family for creating such a welcoming and serene home.

We really enjoyed our stay in that great location. The view is splendid and the house perfectly comfortable.

Great cabin on the lake. We were there when it was frigid out but the heaters kept us nice and cozy and the lake views were gorgeous. We didn’t have a lot of luck ice fishing but we had fun trying. We went to the college, to local restaurants, skiing at snow bowl, and snow shoeing near the house to Silver Lake. Thanks for a great trip!

The house was beautiful as it was captured in the pictures. Connor was extremely helpful and communicative when we needed help. Despite the snow storm, we had an easy time getting in and out of the house. Extremely beautiful surroundings,great views / vistas from every window, abundant light. House heated well despite the cold weather and kitchen was truly stocked with everything needed, especially for foodies like us who love cooking. Would definitely be back!

This review is based on my brother & I bringing up a boat to fish Lake Champlain. You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful location right on the water and being in short proximity to the Ticonderoga boat ramp. There is also boat ramps to the North. I wouldn’t recommend any boats larger than 22’ because you do have to finagle your way over some RR tracks which can be tricky. For anyone that just wants a leisurely vacation this house is brand new on the inside with 2 comfortable bed’s & bedrooms. I have stayed at a multitude of VRBO’s in past couple years and they all had tiny, cramped showers. NOT this place! Finally a place with a gorgeous , large shower! There is a big deck facing the lake with lots of nature & critters to be seen. Kelly does have kayaks & canoes for anyone w/o a boat which works well in the nice little cove area where she is located. Just tons of stuff to do in this area. I have been coming up here for 25 years and now no more motels ! Awesome

Perfect place for our Labor Day weekend getaway! Direct access to the water, and accommodated our large group with everything we needed !

Since we stayed over Christmas, our host went out of her way to put up a nice Christmas tree and some decorations which made it feel pretty magical for a home away from home. We felt very comfortable. The weather was extremely cold so she provided extra blankets that we didn't really need because the place was well insulated and cozy. The lake view was gorgeous as it snowed and froze over several days and we sat inside drinking tea and coffee watching it. We would love to enjoy this space in the summer to take advantage of the deck and dock down by the water.

Great stay if you’re looking for something close to the mountain but still right in town! Walkable to everything on Main Street. The apt was as advertised and easy to access and had everything we needed to enjoy a ski weekend.

great place. good for family. one criticism: no place to get rid of garbage and recycling. At a minimum there should be instructions as to where to take it.
