Great communication from before I booked it as I had a few questions. Very accommodating with my requests and clear instructions. A home from home. A lovely welcome pack for when we arrived. Spotlessly clean. Extremely comfortable beds. A lovely hot shower with some good power to it. Had absolutely everything we needed including toilet paper, washing up liquid and towels provided which is very rare in a caravan. Even had a coffee machine with a selection of different coffee pods. Lots to do on the site and access to the neighbouring site too. Also only a 10 minute drive to Torquay so plenty to do. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again. Lovely accommodation in beautiful surroundings. Even more spacious than photos suggest. It was also wonderful to be able to do walks right from the property. Friendly hosts who greeted us and popped by to check we were OK and if they could help in any way. Baked treats and tea supplies when we arrived were a lovely touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This property is located within the fantastic Royal William Yard with amazing views of the estuary, harbours, bars & restaurants. Upon locating parking (arranged by host) we located the studio apartment (clear instructions by host). The studio apartment didn’t fail to please, it was nicely presented, good utilities, towels, cleaning products, tv, stereo, comfortable sofa bed, table & chairs etc. Kevin clearly has/had everyone’s comfort in mind. Apart from the occasional corridor noise the block was very quiet, lovely for down time! We will certainly add Kevin’s Studio Apartment to our return to list.

Perfect for young families. We had everything we needed. Jon and Jo were super responsive and made us feel right at home. We would defintely stay here again.

Lovely stay, friendly hosts. You can walk into the town easily. We were made to feel very welcome which was lovely. The place had everything we needed and more, was home from home. Would definitely happily recommend.

Excellent communication and always accessible. Caravan was positioned really well, it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle from the front. Easy to find, with host providing good additional information about the area. Lovely area to explore both on foot or by car. Good facilities on site and useful site staff. We had a great time.

This is a great apartment. We were 3 adults, had plenty of room. Two good size bedrooms with plenty of storage. You can unpack your suitcases. Top notch appliances, excellent bathroom. A number of pubs within easy walking distance that do food. We ate at a small place called Tilt, really enjoyed the food. The address is Ebrington Street, but set your navigation for the small cobbled Hill Street, where the apartment entrance is located. Parking is right outside the external door to the building. If mobility is an issue this place is probably not for you. Steep stairs to get up to the first floor.

lovely caravan well presented clean and tidy. lovely lady and very responsive. felt like we could have stayed forever in the van didn't wanna leave.

We’ve just got back from a wonderful week at Nicki’s beautiful apartment. The views were incredible! Our boys loved watching the sea tractor going back and forth from Burgh Island, and letting us know when the tide was out and the Beach Barista was there! There was something incredibly magical looking out to Burgh Island, and we miss those views already! The apartment was beautifully presented and furnished to a very high standard. The whole set up is fantastic, and it was an added bonus to have dedicated use of the pool, gym and Deck restaurant. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous home with us. We’d love to return! The location was within walking distance of most of the places we wanted to go. Having off-street parking is an absolute bonus in Exeter, and having room for 2 cars was fantastic. The proeprty has been modernised, itwas clean with good natural light and was excellent value. If we require accommodation in Exeter again, we would be trying to book here again

A really nice lodge in a great location. We visited with family, including a 2 year old and the place was ideal for a short break to see the area. The living room area is well equipped with games, DVD's etc and the hot tub was definitely a bonus. The site itself has a great pub and the indoor pool is also pretty large for such a small site (quite shallow but still ok to swim properly in). Communication with Tom was also good prior to arrival. Recommended

so far the best place we ever stayed. and its a first time ever that we made our French friend to start love camping 😂 its a coziest place you can ever get, and price is justified! jacuzzi is amazing! loved every moment of it! Thank you so much :)

We had such a lovely holiday, the park is in an ideal location with lovely facilities, our children loved the pool! The caravan was beautiful, clean and spacious and such great value for money! Great communication throughout as well, thank you.

Lovely secluded spot in Cornwall, easy driving to National Trust, beaches, and other walks. Well kitted out for young children too. Sally was really helpful whenever I communicated with her, would definitely stay again.

It was a fantastic cottage, perfect for a family of four. Excellent location to visit Darmouth, Salcombe, Brixham and many other beautiful places in South Devon. It was great to be able to use the facilities at the golf club and the surroundings were stunning.

We loved staying at Elize and her families house. The place was spotless and with a great open plan living and outdoor space which worked well with our young family. We stayed for 1 week in mid August with our two children who are 1 & 4, as we were visiting family in the area. There is so much to do for young ones - Darts farm, Greendale Farm, Donkey Sanctuary, Ocean softplay, Exmouth beach, Emporium Arcades. We used the awesome BBQ & hot tub. An added bonus in the house was a safety gate from the kitchen/living room to the rest of the house, otherwise this would have been a nightmare! We had to take our own cot and highchair and plastic plates/cutlery etc so it wasn't kitted out for young kids. Saying that it was perfectly safe and they loved it! The only 1 negative would be that the top two bedrooms got very hot, and there weren't any fans even though they were listed on Airbnb. If we'd have known we would have taken our own. But this is very minor and we would happily stay again.

Couldn’t think of a better place to stay during our visit to Cornwall. Peace and tranquility with an interior that makes you feel right at home. Very well stocked kitchen, games for the children, incredible hot tub and the most comfortable beds! You get some decent views all day and night with not another soul insight. Well worth the price and we will be returning as our large family gave it their platinum seal of approval.
