Andrea’s place was perfect for the time we spent there. This house was a last-minute find after our Nantucket house rental flooded the day before we were set to leave. Her house was clean, close to stores, and comfortable. There was lots of room as the basement had more beds and space for kids. We were able to salvage our trip and actually found this location perfect. Anyone staying here will also love the backyard with multiple amenities. We were very lucky to find this on Airbnb.

Our family of 5 adults and two dogs enjoyed our stay. Everyone had a comfortable bed and the dogs loved having the fenced in yard. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We appreciated the Brita for filtered water in the fridge. Midori was a helpful host when we needed local dog friendly restaurant recommendations. Definitely recommend for anyone who is bringing their pup(s) to Cape Cod. It is not easy to find places that accept more than one dog and we are thankful we found such a great place!

This property is a beautiful mix of old and new. The original structure is over 100 years old. The bedrooms retain much of the original character while the kitchen and upstairs bath have been very nicely updated. We found the beds to be comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and more. The location is quiet. The association beach is a short walk and is clean with easy swimming as the bay side water is usually calm. It is a beautiful area for paddling with generally quiet water. There are numerous options within 10-15 minutes for restaurants or shopping. We very much enjoyed the stay with plans to return. Chuck was very responsive to any questions or concerns; great host.

Craig was awesome and extremely nice and understanding! The house was clean and one of the best I have stayed in. The location is quiet and tucked in a small neighborhood. I had the most amazing stay and would suggest this to anyone going to this location!

Loved my stay at this beautiful home. Very clean, and felt like home. All my friends slept well and were comfortable everywhere we gathered in the home. Dominique was wonderful and responsive. I would certainly rent this again in the future.

We stayed here with a large group of friends including toddlers and babies for a friend’s wedding. We loved the space, especially sitting out on the deck together, having two separate spaces so some friends could stay up chatting while the kids slept in the other house was excellent. We would highly recommend this house for a fun and relaxing group trip!

We had a wonderful girls weekend at Tam’s. It was perfect for what we were looking for. It was beautiful, spotless and comfortable. It was very well stocked. She even credited us some money for having some issues with a few appliances. Overall an amazing weekend!

We had a wonderful stay at Jon and Gina’s place. It is located in a safe, calm, and very walkable location. The unit is very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The metro train station is a short walk away from which one can access locations throughout the greater Boston region. We did not get an opportunity to meet Gina; however, Jon was a very kind, thoughtful, genuine person who was always ready to be of help. We were here during the Boston Marathon extended weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Just a 3-minute walk from Maverick train station, this cozy apartment was perfectly located for our trip to Boston to run the Marathon. It offers easy access to the airport, downtown, and the convention center. Supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants are nearby. Very quiet and private. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Boston!

This was the nicest airbnb I've stayed in. It feels like a home rather than a commercial rental. I was looking for a writing retreat and this place was perfect. It has two nice workspaces, comfy reading chair and sofa, a kitchen fully stocked with staples.cookware and small appliances, so I could whip up meals easily when I didn't want to go out. It's walkable to all the interesting sights and stores around town; I never used my car for five days. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the interior is warm and charming, just enough nice furnishings and fun art without being cluttered. Best of all, Carlina and Bethany are the most thoughtful, generous and warm hosts you could wish for. They anticipated my every need before and during my stay, responded immediately to questions, supplied me with fresh eggs from their hens, and in general, made themselves completely available while respecting my desire for a solitary retreat. If I lived in New Bedford, I know we'd be good friends.

Nice apartment in really good location. So easy to get into town - bus - T - ferry. Also so easy to get to from the Airport. Apartment was very spacious - clean and tidy. Bar with restaurant at end of the street which also did take away. 20 minute walk to large supermarket. There was the facility to leave bags on final day after checkout as flight was late evening which was very helpful. Overall would recommend. Thank you.

We had a great stay! Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy to get to the city. Lots of space for the six of us to eat and relax together. Beautiful view of the Boston skyline just minutes walk from the place. Comfortable beds and soft sheets too! We also had no troubles parking nearby and leaving our car (for free) for our entire stay.

Amy was an amazing host for our family! She was super responsive and accommodating. Her place is right in the heart of downtown Boston, so there were tons of fun things to do and see. The condo was super comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. I’ll definitely be staying here again when we visit Boston next time!

Absolutely blown away by the space - incredibly well appointed and surprisingly quiet given the location, too. We were all extremely comfortable and loved the neighborhood. Phillip was very helpful and responsive, offered and helped both at checkin and checkout with leaving bags in the vestibule. Cannot wait to return and couldn’t recommend the condo more.

Highly recommended!!! We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Scott’s condo! It was private and quaint so much so that we felt right at home! The front porch was wonderful to sit and say our hellos and speak to people! It is on a main road so lots of interactions and of course where there is people there is noise but even that was lovely! We walked everywhere mostly as everything from restaurant’s to shops right at our finger tips! Scott was great and all that was provided for us was quite amazing! We just shopped for food as we did cook a few times as well as ate out. We will definitely be back to stay again!!!

WONDERFUL location.....within walking distance to everything, Hanover Street, waterfront, even Boston Commons & the finish line were walkable Marathon Week (with a bit more effort & fit participants), YAY! The North End is a fun place to be and Bill and Kristy's place is very convenient to everything! GREAT Restaurants in the North End and Kristy's recommendations were spot on (reservations were a MUST, made weeks ahead.....again, Marathon Week)! If you'd rather make a meal at "home" that's totally doable at Bill & Kristy's place, too......everything is available that you might need. GREAT trip......Thanks!
