The location is perfect, close to enough to walk to the old city but in a quiet location. The apartment was as advertised

I highly recommend staying as a family at Villa Dube! We stayed a family of four (parents and two kids aged 2 and 4) in the bungalow at Villa Dube for 5 days during July. It was a very pleasant stay. Anita had been quick and easy to communicate with throughout the whole planning period, and we were greeted and cared for during our stay very warmly by both Anita and her parents, who are most kind people. The bungalow was just perfect for us - small, but very practical with a carefully considered interior design and cosy. Outside, we had a terrace and the big shared garden with a play house, that our kids loved, some swings, and the small pool. The little village of Slano is just a 10-15 min. walk away with plenty of restaurants and multiple - mostly stoney - beaches. In the other direction of Villa Dube are nicer beaches that also offer some shadow under the trees. We recommend that you go on the Sunset Boat Tour lasting approx. 2 hours departing at 7.30 PM from the harbour of Slano - nice crew and views of the bay and sunset. The tour includes a drink. We combined our stay with a day-trip to Dubrovnik, and were happy that we - as a family with small kids - decided to have our base outside of Dubrovnik and visit it this way instead. Slano and Villa Dube constitute a very fine place to spend your vacation, both for staying for some laid-back days but also as a base for exploring the coast around Dubrovnik if you have a car.

Lovely apartmant in a perfect location. 2 mins walk from the sea-front, 5-10 mins walk from the promenade and 10-15 mins bus ride from the old town. Very kind and responsive host, Nikoletta's dad greeted us upon arrival with great recommendations and helpful informations. They also had breakfast items waiting for us for the first day which was above and beyond. All in all we really enjoyed the stay here and highly recommend to anyone visiting.

I had a wonderful stay at Ana's place. it was very clean, it had everything you need for a short or longer stay and the location was perfect. I would definitely return again.

I had a great stay in beautiful Dubrovnik. The apartment was very nice and super clean in a quiet area by the water with parking, less than five minutes walk to the bus stop (4 stops to the old town) and near by supermarket.

The location was excellent. Great view of the sea from the balcony. Very peaceful and conveniently away from the hustle bustle of Dubrovnik. Excellent small pebble beach at 5 minutes walk from the apartment with cosy restaurant..Marija is a great host and very friendly person. Strongly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable family stay!!

Miro est un hôte très gentil et discret, disponible dès que vous avez besoin de lui. Le logement est très bien situé, à proximité de tout dans Dubrovnik (vieille ville à 30 minutes à pieds et nombreux bus à proximité qui desservent la ville entière). Il dispose d'une grande terrasse avec une belle vue sur mer et montagne. Nous recommandons Miro et son logement sans hésiter et reviendrons ici si nous revenons à Dubrovnik 😊

Great retreat away from the bustle of old Dubrovnik. Very peaceful and private apoarment. Short walk to the local beach (5mins), mix of sand and shingle. Greeted with a welcome basket and some local brandy. The house is ideal for a couple, everything that is needed for a short break. The bedroom is on a mezzanine floor accessed by a short and steep flight of steps. There is an aircon unit in the bedroom, we visited in mid October and it wasn’t necessary with a cool breeze off the sea. From the apartment it is a nice walk down to sandy beach then through the strip of restaurants and out to new Dubrovnik harbour. Dubrovnik is very well organised with buses, the number 4 runs from just outside the apartment into the old town. The whole of the Dubrovnik area is very hilly so expect steps. There are some stone steps from the road up to the apartment garden then a further flight up to the apartment itself. The garden has great views with some outdoor furniture. We really enjoyed.
