Salvatore's flat is gorgeous! The views from both balconies looks right onto the Fountain of Arethusa where everyone comes for photos and sunset. It's an extremely busy area but with the windows shut at night I could manage sleep by midnight. Worth it. Everything in Otogio is a short walk. The flat has everything you need, the bed was comfortable and Salvatore was a great host, giving great restaurant recommendations. note: if arriving at the Siracusa bus station, recommend taking the small red SAIS bus #106 to Archemides piazza and walking from there to the apartment.

This place was in amazing location and is walkable to all the lively spots on the island. Andrea was the best Airbnb host we have ever had. He responds right away, was always there for questions and gave us recommendations for the entire city so we did feel in great hands. I recommend this place to everybody. The Airbnb was very clean and had all we needed for our 3 day trip! Stay here Andrea will take great care of you.

Where to even begin, okay: hospitality. These guys make you feel at home straight away. They went above and beyond for our baby with toys and a bed, the fridge was filled, a pie was baked and they responded very quickly. Lovely apartment, not super huge but we didn’t need that. Great part of town: you can walk everywhere. Literally. Also thought the price was very decent. Don’t hesitate: book!

We loved the open, light-filled space and modern design. The house has a paved outdoor area with a nice seating spot and hillside views. It's well located in Gallina, a peaceful coastal area with calm beaches and clear water, close to Avola, Syracuse, and daily essentials. The kitchen is equipped with all necessities, such as an induction cooktop (2 spots), fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, and cookware. There’s a washing machine, smart TV, and Wi-Fi (approx. 10–15 Mbit, relevant for those who need to work remotely). A comfy double bed is in the separate bedroom, two single beds on the open mezzanine. Heating/cooling are via three AC units. Communication with Cristina was kind and via messenger. Indoors, sound carries quite easily between rooms and the mezzanine, which might matter to light sleepers or those valuing privacy. A comfortable and well-situated base for exploring southeastern Sicily.

Great house to spend holiday with family, well suited for all of us 9 . Giuseppe and Graziella, met us and introduced to the house, very friendly and helpful hosts. House has all necessary for a nice holiday to feel at home, pleased to find cold water in the fridge, nice sweet grapes, pasata and pasta for a quick lunch in the cupboard, tea and all other basics to cook like home. Coffe machine did not work on first day, but hosts were very responsive and brought their own, they even bought us the coffee pods, very generous of them, thank you we really appreciated . Well located for a beach holiday, only 7 min walk to a wonderful long sandy beach. We were out of season apparently and no restaurants nearby on walking distance, but not an issue as we had a car and many around within 10-15 min drive.

Ottima villetta indipendente, pulitissima, dotata di tutto il necessario. Comunicazione con Paolo e Kora eccezionale, così come la loro gentilezza e disponibilità. Posizione fantastica, a 2 min a piedi dal mare, non più di un’ora da tante celebri località della Sicilia (Noto -15min, Marzamemi -30min, Ragusa -45min). Vicino a ristoranti e supermercati. Abbiamo apprezzato la tranquillità del posto e la totale indipendenza. Speriamo di ritornarci presto e sicuramente la consiglieremo :) Grazie di cuore!

Superbe appartement. Très bien situé au cœur d'Ortigia. Attention à rejoindre à pied depuis les parkings, sauf si vous arrivez à obtenir une autorisation pour votre voiture pour la ZTL (vrai pour tout ortigia). Très bien agencé et équipé. Sûrement frais en été (nous y sommes allés en avril). Recommandé pour visiter Syracuse.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Haus. Ein Auto ist aber dringend empfehlenswert. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der Cava Grande, welcher nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt ist. Sehr genossen haben wir, insbesondere unsere Kinder, den wunderschönen Pool mit Panoramaaussich. Man hat absolut seine Ruhe und ist ganz privat für sich. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die hervorragende Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern. Bei Fragen zum Haus oder der Umgebung kamen die Antworten bereits nach wenigen Minuten. Auch das persönliche Zusammentreffen mit den Eigentümern war sehr angenehm. Insbesondere mit Kindern nur zu empfehlen (Pool, Tischtennisplatte, Tischkicker und Strandspielzeug). Vielen Dank für eine schöne Zeit.

Très bon séjour dans ce lieu apaisant. Le logement et l’environnement sont conformes aux photos. Proximité de la plage très agréable. Beaucoup de rangements dans le logement.

Federica’s apartment is even better than the description! After Naples and Palermo, this was just perfect for some time relaxing. The pool is lovely and overlooks the sea, you can swim at anytime. You can also go down some steep, narrow steps to the beach and swim in the sea with little fishes! The house is spotless, has a very comfortable bed and best of all, mosquito screens meant we didn’t need to use the air-con and could fall asleep listening to the sea! There is a lovely balcony set up with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sea view and sunrise if you’re up early enough! All in all, perfect, a lovely bottle of wine was left for us too. I really didn’t want to leave!

Die Lage ist traumhaft. Die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft ist makellos. Alle Küchenutensilien und Geräte sind im perfekten Zustand. Es gab sehr schönes Geschirr und Weingläser, kein Misch Masch. Obwohl die Gastgeber im gleichen Haus im oberen Stock wohnen, hatten wir auf der Terrasse volle Privatsphäre und einen direkten Meerzugang. Die schöne Töpfe mit gepflegten Pflanzen haben mir Freude gemacht, da es häufig selbst in guten Hotels nicht der Fall ist. Für Sportbegeisterte: Es gibt ca 500m von der Unterkunft entfernt einen mehrere Kilometer langen Fahrrad/Wanderweg entlang der Küste, mit spektakulärer Aussicht von den Felsen. Es beginnt bei Monumento ai caduti d'Africa. Das von der Unterkunft vorgeschlagene Restaurant Meditè kann ich leider nicht empfehlen, das Essen war das Schlechteste unserer Sizilien-Reise. Ich würde „a Levante“ sehr empfehlen, wo wir zwei Mal zum Mittag auf der Terrasse gegessen haben.

Meraviglioso viaggio . Host delizioso, educato, sempre pronto a rispondere a tutte le mie domande su dove mangiare e cosa fare. Si perché erano le uniche cose che c'era da chiedere visto che il posto era meglio di come si vede in foto, la casa era una miniatura di bellezza , comodità e buon gusto. Valutazione 10 e lode. Consigliatissimo. Noi siamo andati in 5 famiglia con adolescenti. Punto perfetto per scegliere località di mare, escursioni faunistiche e città artistiche. Insomma vacanza da sogno. Grazie Salvo!!!

Het was een geweldig mooie villa, een topper. Met alles erop en eraan Iedere slaapkamer zijn eigen badkamer met toilet. En voldoende handdoeken. De tuin is prachtig! Het zwembad met whirlpool zeer verzorgd, schoon en op de door jou gewenste temperatuur. Halverwege de week extra schoonmaak door de eigenaar, kost ca 3 uurtjes tijd dat je er niet in kan. Ook hier extra badlakens. Een heerlijke lounge-hoek en ruime eet-/tafel buiten . Een gas bbq (waar we geen gebruik van hebben gemaakt) maar desalniettemin zag er gelikt uit. De keuken was goed geoutilleerd, van alles voldoende aanwezig, zelf kaasschaaf meenemen. Voor de echte koks, het gasfornuis was wat instabiel, een enkele gaspit deed het niet. En misschien een aanbeveling; een waterkoker, deze ontbrak. Maar al met al oké Nog een aanbeveling; Een zonwering voor het raam bij de eethoek. Het was echt bloedje heet tijdens het ontbijt. We hebben de eettafel verplaatst ➡️woonkamer, waar we achter gordijn ontbeten hebben. Al met al

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

Stunning villa, spacius inside and outside, huge porch with comfortable sofa and tv, private pool with deckchairs for sunbathing. Walking distance to the beach, a short drive to the shop. Perfect fit for 6 people, with lots of kitchen amenities and various glasses to enjoy wine or other sicilian spirits and delicacies.

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Carlotta. We came to Sicily as a three generational family and needed a space for all us - we hit the jackpot! It was open, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It is in a beautiful, peaceful spot but walking distance to the beachfront. We lived walking down to the market every morning to get our fresh bread! Alessio was an absolutely wonderful host. He messaged the day before to check our arrival time and we were met at the end of the road. He gave us plenty of recommendations ( we did them all!) and was available by phone whenever we needed him. The house is simply gorgeous. Modern and clean and the beds are super comfortable. The pool was a highlight! Our children (aged 2 and 4) loved it and used it every day, even in April! Alessio, we cannot thank you enough for the most incredible stay. We would recommend it to every one. The only negative was that we had to leave, we would have stayed longer if we could! Thank you 💜

This place is a hidden gem. Everything was as described and even more. TV is upgraded to like 50 inch Smart TV, it was awesome to watch movies outside at night. Supermarkets are 10 mins drive. Private access to the sea, crystal clear water, amazing green garden. All our requests were solved immediately, Silvia is incredibly attentive host. And her parents are so lovely, multiple times they bought us different food and treats just as a present. We truly were feeling like in heaven for those few days.

This beach house is an absolute GEM! The location is unbeatable, maybe 1 or 2km from Marzamemi and about 1km from the nature preserve. The house is open and bright with lots of space and it has a huge patio with lots of seating. The best part is the beach access, and it is a very nice sandy beach. There is an outdoor shower with hot water so we didn’t even bother using the indoor shower! The outdoor grill was great for cooking up the local fish. Carmella is a wonderful host. You will love your time here!

This is a beautiful beach house in a great location. Ida is a very accommodating and responsive host, who makes you feel very welcome.

Bellissimo appartamento, molto bene attrezzato e pulito. La possibilità di fare un tuffo sotto casa non ha prezzo. Mario è stato sempre gentile e reattivo nelle risposte alle nostre domande. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

We had a wonderful stay at Sabrina’s lovely, comfortable house with its green, spacious garden. It was really decorated with love and attention and we felt incredibly at home. Simply a wonderful holiday house. We were there in low season so the surroundings were quiet. Something we liked but meant we had to take the car if we wanted to go out for dinner. Lovely stay, highly recommended!

Vacanza estiva di assoluto relax! Abbiamo soggiorno in questa struttura nella 4 settimana di luglio. La casa, di nuova costruzione, offre tutti i confort che una famiglia desidera , soprattutto con la presenza di bambini, tenuto conto dell’immediato accesso alla spiaggia, delimitata da un solo cancello. Altrettanto apprezzato lo è stato lo spazio verde di giardino, ben curato, inclusa la presenza di giochi e l’attrezzatura da spiaggia a disposizione degli ospiti. Una nota di merito anche per i gestori/proprietari della casa, cortesi e disponibili a soddisfare qualsiasi necessità nel minor tempo possibile. La casa gode inoltre di un’ottima posizione, strategica per raggiungere le località di Avola, Noto e Ortigia, tutte pressoché equidistanti dalla struttura (circa 15/20 km circa) Per quanto riguarda invece il passeggio in zona, Fontane Bianche sicuramente non consente una mobilità pedonale eccellente , tuttavia sono comunque presenti servizi essenziali, bar, market, ristoranti etc

Alles super! Martina ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin! Die Terrasse ist wunderbar mit dem schönen Olivenbaum, da kann man schön essen und die Abende genießen.

Antonella's place in Avola is amazing and I really can't wait to visit again. I was with a group of four and the house was more than comfortable for us, having two bathrooms really made it perfect for all of us to fit. The real magic of this place is that the host has thought of almost everything and is the kind of host who will give you the best info for making sure you're enjoying the region. Antonella is one of the sweetest hosts I've had on Airbnb and she really goes the extra mile. The location of the apartment is perfect for a beach getaway: 3 minutes walk and you're at a great little public beach, ten minutes and you can see the larger beach near the piazza. There are three very close restaurants and a bunch about 10 minutes on foot. To get to the center of Avola, it takes about 20 minutes to walk. This is the best of both worlds: easy access to the beach and easy access to amenities. Absolutely will stay here again when I return to Sicily. Thanks for everything!
