V Luxury Residence Metlika je velika spalnica, dnevna soba z wellnessom in kuhinjo ter kopalnica. Spalnica je opremljena za dve osebi in je od osrednjega dela ločena z vrati. Kuhinja je opremljena s sodobno in vso potrebno opremo za kuhanje. V osrednjem delu je jedilna miza, usnjen raztegljiv kavč, na katerem lahko spita dve osebi in TV s Playstation 5. V wellnessu imamo finsko in infrardečo savno ter jacuzzi s TV. Kopalnica je ločena z vrati. Zunaj apartmaja je terasa in brezplačno parkirišče.

Od Nacionalnog parka Plitvice udaljena je svega 20 km, 10 km od starog grada Slunja s magičnim Rastokama, te 15ak km od Baraćevih Spilja.

The house near the river Kolpa (guests can swim in it in summer) has two separate floors and can accommodate up to 10 persons in two apartments (4 persons in lower floor and 6 persons in upper floor). The upper floor (apartment A) has a terrace with a large table and offer a view to river Kolpa and surroundings.

U sklopu apartmana nalazi se pečenjara sa pekom, jacuzzi sa pogledom te igralište za djecu. U okolici gosti mogu uživati u raznim aktivnostima poput pješačenja i planinarenja na planinarski vrh Vodenica, te mogu posjetiti Pavlinski samostan i crkvu Rođenja Blažene Djevice Marije koji je udaljen 2km od apartmana.
