Great stay, everything was super clean and organized, loved that she put extra toothbrushes and toiletries in the bathrooms. Beds were SO comfortable. Felt at home.

Holden Beach has become our home away from home. This is our 5th year and we’re already planning for next year. The house is perfectly located for the beach and to local restaurants and it has everything we want or need. Jessica is an amazing host - incredibly kind, very responsive and knows just the right touches to make the house a home. We are so grateful to have found this place - definitely a highlight of our year!

Stayed for 2 nights for a friends wedding. Accommodated us 5 groomsmen with spouses easily. Nice 15 minute scenic walk to the beach and a lot more cost effective than staying on the beach.

This is the second house we have stayed at by Alisa and it did not disappoint. This house was very clean and close to everything we wanted to do in Wilmington. The beds were so comfortable and the bath towels were so luxurious. The hot tub was an awesome bonus! Would recommend this house to anyone. I know where I will be staying if I ever have to make another trip to Wilmington!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Jody’s place! Everything was excellent! The place was exactly like the photos and squeaky clean. We had everything we needed and more! Truly hope to come back in the future. Will definitely be recommending to our friends and family. Thank you for such a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay so much! Everything was updated and clean. I really loved that it wasn't overstuffed with trinkets or decor, very simply and not overstimulating. This was a last minute trip and the host accommodated us wonderfully. We will be saving this BnB and coming back for a longer stay!

We did our annual golf fraternity golf trip and this year several guys stayed at Sea Oats on Lockwood Folly. They all enjoyed staying at this home and I received comments like, "very comfortable," "clean, with plenty of amenities and convenient" and "a great house." Marty is a wonderful host and always responded to any question I had. The house description you see is exactly what you'll get and we plan on renting it again next year.

Great stay close to the beach and Joe and Michelle were very responsive :)
