Bardzo sympatyczni gospodarze, jak zresztą wszyscy Albańczycy, których spotkaliśmy w ciągu pobytu. Mieszkanie posprzątane, wszystkie niezbędne sprzęty dostępne. Prysznic lekko przeciekał, ale ręczniki były regularnie wymieniane, więc to nie był problem. Bardzo polecamy to miejsce, zwłaszcza za tą cenę.

Artur was an absolute gentleman and a fantastic host. He kindly allowed early check-in and even arranged a large baby cot, which was a lifesaver for our toddler. The property was spotless and far better than the photos suggest – truly underrated. The kitchen was spacious with all essentials, the living room had comfy leather sofas and a smart LG TV, and the dining area was beautifully set. Bedrooms were cosy with fresh linen and large wardrobes; the ensuite had its own TV and bathroom. All rooms had powerful inverters. The secure parking, gated entry, and peaceful location just 10 mins from Tirana airport were ideal. Artur even responded to an emergency at 2am with positivity and speed. His English is great, and his local tips were spot on. The garden with roaming chickens added a lovely natural touch. One of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had – thank you Artur and the Lufi family!

The villa was exactly like in the photos. Very spacious and very clean including the furniture. The garden was well maintained. We asked for 2 cots for my toddlers and a high chair- both were set up and ready for when we arrived and looked new! The villa is within the Perla residential resort with security. The area consists of well maintained green gardens, large kids playground and a swimming pool club are 3mins walk. The pool is approx £12 per day for a family including 2 sun-beds and umbrella. The sandy beach is a 5 min walk where all the restaurants are. The mini supermarket which has a good selection of items is a 2min walk. The villa uses solar panels so there was some issues with hot water due to bad weather but the hosts sorted it out within 2 hours and communicated with us throughout. The area is going through rapid development so there are lots of clean restrooms by the beach and more new restaurants being opened. I would recommend this villa and would stay again.

Eccellente location. La casa è davvero confortevole, dotata di tutto il necessario e anche di extra inattesi (ad esempio la cucina era fornitissima anche di tante cose che spesso si dimenticano - sale, pepe, olio, spezie, caffè, zucchero, tovaglioli, alluminio, etc etc). La HOST è stata gentilissima in tutte le fasi del nostro soggiorno, è stato facile e veloce contattarla ed era sempre disponibile. La casa è molto bella, curata ed in una ottima posizione (100 metri dal mare) ed a poca distanza da Tirana e/o dall'aeroporto. La spiaggia è sabbiosa, ben organizzata (ombrelloni, lettini, ristoranti, giochi per bambini, campi da beach volley, etc) ed in un'area chiusa e riservata (guardiano all'ingresso, poche macchine e quindi tranquillità anche per bambini piccoli). La casa infine è attrezzata benissimo per bambini piccoli (lettini, giochi per bambini, scivoli e altalene in giardino e tanti altri gadget per far divertire i più piccoli), sicuramente ideale per chi viaggia con famiglia

Beautifully located apartment with a balance of sun and shade. Nice place to relax with children. Everything is perfectly clean. Availability of cooking equipment. Convenient location - close to grocery stores, restaurants, a small village market. Extremely sociable host, really 24/7 communication, so to advise many additional facilities such as transfer, places to visit, restaurants outside the settlement. I was vacationing with a family with three children of different ages, everyone was happy and the apartment was very satisfying for their stay.

The place was spotless, stylish, and super comfortable, with a beautiful outdoor area and stunning views. Olta was a fantastic host—friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Kim et son père Ilir sont vraiment très disponible et reactifs à la moindre demande, un gardien à proximité arrive très rapidement lorsque l'on a une demande. je recommande vivement cet endroit.

Als wir angekommen sind war die Unterkunft noch ein wenig dreckig. Nachdem wir den Gastgeber allerdings informiert hatten wurde innerhalb kurzer Zeit eine Putzfrau geschickt und uns wurde ein traditionelles Essen serviert als Entschädigung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

We had a great time and are definitively giving a deserved 5-star rating - but please be aware of a few things before you book: - there are only 4 double bed + 1 matress + 1 small folding bed - even though there is some equipment, the kitchen is not fully equipped for 10 guests and a few extras are missing like doormats - a few things are not well thought out (some windows cannot be opened completely and the whirlpool function in the pool does not work) - we had as much mosquito bites as never before in our lives, so better come prepared :) Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay, as the pool and the living room were perfect as well as having such a close distance to the beach. We got also offered to check-out later, so thank you very much!

This Vila is absolutely beautiful, in peaceful surroundings with gorgeous views. We loved our stay here and definitely recommend to anyone visiting Albania. It would work well for both a young group of people as well as a family. The pool is enormous and there are 2 very large outdoor Jacuzzis. Gym, sauna and massive speakers also a nice bonus! The Vila is a little tricky to find but Rebecca is a brilliant host and gave us clear directions. I recommend using the terrain option on maps to help find it. It's about 40 min drive to Durres and 30 mins to Tirana. Cleaners came and tidied every day with a fresh supply of bedding and towels. They were always very respectful of our space and very kind, they even gave my baby a little toy. Ample space for parking and lots of shaded areas for those wanting to avoid the sun. We hope to come back and stay here again.

The house is very beautiful and well equipped. The small inflatable swimming pool in the garden is a pleasure, but nothing beats the sea, only twenty minutes away. There are small mini-markets and fruit and vegetable sellers right next door. The host was quick to respond to our message and reacted immediately to the problem when we arrived. It was a pleasant stay.

The place beautiful, location is great, 1st row of the residential village. The host is great. Highly recommended.

We hebben een erg fijn verblijf gehad bij Viljam! Hij communiceerde snel en duidelijk. Ook was het zwembad heerlijk en alles in het huis werkte goed en naar verwachting! Mooie omgeving en veel supermarkten in de buurt.

We had an amazing time in Dea’s beautiful villa. The house was more than suitable for our needs, accommodating 10 of us comfortably. The outdoor spaces were lovely and the villa was very close to the beach. Would advise getting a car to access as the resort it slightly further out from the local town but taxis are very cheap as an alternative. Would recommend to everyone!

WOW! Wat hebben we genoten van ons verblijf bij Artur! Super fijne communicatie en we werden meteen opgehaald van het vliegveld. Bij aankomst wachtte een heerlijk ontbijt op ons. Het huis zelf was prachtig: rustig, groen en elke avond een zonsondergang als cadeautje. Het zwembad was top, de kids hebben ervan genoten, ook al was het in oktober natuurlijk wat frisser. Na een dag Albanië ontdekken was het heerlijk om even te relaxen aan het zwembad. De kamers waren netjes, bedden lagen heerlijk, en goede stevige kussens. We mochten hun twee auto’s gebruiken, één kon zelfs omgebouwd worden tot 7-zitter—super handig! Enkele bezienswaardigheden op korte afstand (ca. 30 / 45 min.) Mini Market (ca. 5 min.) Ook hebben we twee keer een heerlijk ontbijt en diner gehad, restaurantwaardig en met hun eigen wijn erbij. Al met al echt een plek waar we zeker terug willen komen. Onze jongste dochter (7) heeft immers een belofte gedaan, we komen graag nog een keer terug! Artur en je vrouw erg bedankt!

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans la maison de Erisa. La piscine était très propre, exposée au soleil une bonne partie de la journée Cuisine équipée, propre Nous avons super bien dormi dans les lits, les draps sentaient bon la lessive Résidence très calme, avec gardien à l’entrée Accès direct à la plage à pieds ! Je recommande ce logement !

ce logement est magique, magnifique ! à notre arrivée tardive, notre hôte a rapidement trouvé une solution pour nous laisser les clefs. un gardien nous a accueilli avec le sourire et guidé jusqu'à une épicerie. la maison et la piscine éclairé, nous a ravi et nous avons passé des moments magnifiques. machine à café, machine à laver, personnel sur place pour tout problème. une salle de bain dehors, une en bas, une en haut. bonne répartition des chambres, lieu tres calme avec la plage à 100m, bars, restaurants. tout est fait pour vous simplifier le séjour, nous avons adoré ! merci pour votre réactivité à nos questions. à bientôt !!!
