It is situated on the rooftoop, on the fifth floor, of a capitalist building from 1955. The only construction on the rooftop and absoluletly independent. El Vedado is the district with better connections and more central in Havana. A neighborhood with great commercial and cultural activity, as well a lot of restaurants.
