These are great hosts. I booked several stays as I was re-locating to the area. They are responsive and the place is clean and cozy. They also have snacks for after a long day of travel and the location is safe and convenient.

The place was spotless. Extremely comfortable bed! I slept great! I didn't use the sofa so can't speak to that. A little traffic noise during rush hour, but nothing horrible. The location is excellent! Super easy to get to, and easy access to La Jolla, Pacific Beach, and I-5. Laura responded very quickly and was a pleasure to communicate with. The place has a friendly, welcoming vibe. I would happily stay there again.

This place was great! Great location, felt safe and clean. Also close enough to the freeway that we could get anywhere we wanted. Everything was clean and exactly like described. Would stay here again, 10/10.

A great location 10 minute drive down hill to shops and beaches. Very quiet area. Not too far from all city facilities also. Very well equipped, nothing else we needed. Spacious.

Loved our stay at sea la vie! It was literally 15 minutes from everything you would want to do in San Diego. The bonus was the ocean beach town that you can easily walk to. For families visiting the Naval Base you will find it close to Coronado. Took the host’s advice and had breakfast at the breakfast republic and it was amazing! I of all the things I enjoyed was the fact that the suite had a rice cooker- a rare find in Airbnbs. Was Able to provide a home cooked meal for my son!! This will most definitely be my go to Airbnb when coming back to the area!!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here while visiting a PLNU student. The room is spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Highlights for us were the comfortable king size bed, windows that provide plenty of natural light, and the private terrace with view, which is the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee. Easy parking is also a bonus. We will definitely stay again sometime if it’s available when we need it.

Greg en Lesley hebben ons hartelijk ontvangen. Ze waren steeds bereikbaar voor informatie. De woning ligt een rustig gebied op 15 min rijden van alle belangrijke hotspots in San Diego. Dit was voor ons de perfecte locatie om onze trip langs de Westkust te starten.

Will and Janine see such gracious and mellow hosts. Their place and the surroundings are stunning and the lodging is a wonderful space for relaxation and restoration. The pool area and sunshine were just what we needed. The kitchen area is small but well-appointed. it being a pet friendly space was much appreciated. Don't get us started on the bathroom! While it's a shared wall with their part of the house, we never lacked for privacy. Lastly, the value for what you pay is top tier. Highly recommended and we hope to return next time we're in San Diego!

The 4 major banks in the states own the 4 biggest oil companies in the world and have been threatening and killing people who invent new energy systems. For a century!! El lugar muy acogedor, perfecto para dos personas que pasarán un tiempo ahí. Ubicación perfecta para las actividades que tramos programadas. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos ahí 😊

Christy is the BEST! Very friendly, understanding, and responsive. The room had just what we needed and I felt safe in the neighborhood. Lots to do and 10 minutes away from Rosarito beach.

Es un espacio con lo necesario para pasar un fin de semana cerca de la playa y bastante privado; muy bonito y tranquilo:)

Nos encantó quedarnos en la casita, la cual es justo para una pareja. Disfrutamos el balcón y la terraza, te hacen sentir en otro lugar fuera de la ciudad. También disfrutamos cocinar, solo nos hubiera gustado que hubieran más utensilios de cocina. Definitivamente nos encantaría volver!

Victor and Norma were extremely nice! Great hosts. They checked in with me and were very understanding. The place was great! Had everything you needed, including laundry which is a HUGE plus. Very clean also. I will say, some people around that area liked to thump their music pretty loud almost every night but wasn't unbearable. 10/10 recommend.

Great spot on an amazing and huge property, This unit doesn’t have an ocean is, but you can hear the waves crashing, Pool and Jacuzzi are awesome right on the water… Beautiful spot

Cute spot close to all that Las Gaviotas has to offer. Plenty of good food close. Beth was great, always responsive. I’d definitely stay again!

Great place to stay at, few minutes away from the beach. Cayita and her family were so sweet and welcoming, I felt like home with them. My biggest concern prior to going out to Rosarito was parking but once there I felt like my car was secured. Thank you for having us! 🙏🏼 Hope to see you soon! 😊🥰

Very good place to stay, couple different rooms to fit your needs, very central and close to downtown/ central areas, just ran a little low on the shampoos in the bathroom but not a real problem, everything else was great
