Located in the heart of downtown, shopping centers, markets, and grocery stores in town are all within 3-minute walking distance from the building. Stroll just 2 blocks to reach the nightlife, bars, and restaurants of action-packed 5th Avenue. Cabs are cheap especially if you speak spanish, the building is a 2 minute walk from 5th avenue, 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes from the entertainment district, and 1-minute from the bus station to Cancun, Akumal, Puerto Aventuras, and Tulum. Cheap car rental companies are just one street away as well. I believe in energy efficiency, and so tenants in my units pay their own electricity. The unit has two air conditioners and if they're used 24/7, this will add to costs, as Mexico employs an escalating electricity scale from 0.7-8.5 pesos/kwh. The more that is used each month, the higher the applied rate. At the start of each stay, a rental representative will show the initial meter number, and the number at the end of the stay. The difference is to be paid in cash at a rate of 4 pesos/kwh. Please conserve energy if you can. Laundry is free for guests staying a week or more, but must be activated at the front desk. Small building fee charged to short stay guests. If you want late check out, and it conflicts with the next check in, or the cleaning schedule, Carmen Sol Rentals reserves the right to charge $20 extra for the cleaning service's inconvenience. Come and enjoy a quiet and a nice place, with pool, terrace, lounge chairs and hammock. In the kitchen utensils to cook. In the bathroom we put towels, shampoo, body wash 🧴 It is close to Chedraui, you can walk there 5-8 minutes. Is one block from the Main Street Juarez Avenue, were you can take a taxi or a van. In Juarez avenue are few small restaurants, laundry, groceries store Oxxo. It is 3 blocks from hiway where you can take the vans to Tulum or Cancún. 20 minutos walking to the beach.
