Was a great place to stay in a nice location with plenty to do around beach was a 2 minute walk we booked last second & she was very helpfull & responded fast!

Fernando’s place is clean, central, and exactly like the photos. We loved the rooftop pool and massive hot tub; we went in early April and it was never crowded. The building was always staffed with concierge and we always felt safe. We travelled with an 18m toddler and while the Airbnb is not baby-proof, Fernando was able to accommodate a high chair and crib for a small fee. Having the washer and dryer in unit was very convenient. You can’t drink the tap water but fresh water is provided in those 5 gallon water containers. The kitchen is well stocked and even had a blender and kettle. We loved the supermarket named Selecto just a few steps away on 10th Avenue with fresh seafood, pastries, steaks, and lots more. Overall, we’d highly recommend this Airbnb to other travellers.

If you want a fantastic beachfront condo in the heart of Playa del Carmen, this is the place for you. It's a 2-minute walk to the beach and a 2-minute walk to 5th Avenue. It's maybe a 10-minute walk to the Cozumel ferry. You can't beat the location if you want to be in the city. The condo, the view, and the beach were excellent and felt luxurious. All of the staff we interacted with were professional and friendly. When we booked, we were a little nervous about the noise, knowing it was near some beach clubs. We could hear the faint sound of music when going to bed, but it wasn't a big deal. We had no problems relaxing in the condo, even though we were in the middle of the city. Bottom line - this place was incredible!

Karen’s place at Cruz con Mar is absolutely perfect! It looks just like the pictures, if not better. Everything was as advertised, cozy, clean, convenient. The balcony is awesome & the condo is so well situated - you are 5 min from the beach & tons of restaurants/groceries. I would highly recommend staying at Karen’s if you’re looking to have a great relaxing time in Playa Del Carmen. We will be back for sure!

We loved our stay at the Elements. Our condo was in the perfect location, 2nd floor and easy access to the pool and ocean! The condo was very astheticly pleasing. We loved the decor and everything was set up great!

Stop looking or you’ll lose it!! You won’t regret it. Everything is exactly how you would want it. Right night the the restaurant where the food is 3.5* and I’m a foodie. It’s delicious. Bed was extremely comfortable, it was a battle of catch up on sleep or get sun. So I did both. But that bed! Wow. Washer and dryer work amazing. It’s like home but in Cancun. The ocean sound is something I’ll never forget. Ever. Slept with window open. Mozzies are gone by 8pm then it’s all night crashing.

This condo was perfect !!! Very clean and spacious and the view was amazing ! The cherry on top was you had 5th street right there and the beach too !!! There are 2 restaurants, one on both sides of the property and you can order food and drinks right from the pool or the beach !!! I will definitely be back!

Our family of four including two teenagers really enjoyed our stay. This is an ideal location in Playa Del Carmen close to the main 5th Avenue walking area, lots of restaurants as well as the beach. Beach is a quick 3 to 5 minute walk away. We also enjoyed the gorgeous views of the ocean from the porch. The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay! Olivia’s property is pristine, and was well equipped. Comfortable bedding and linens, so many nice small touches. (Coffee, water and tea provided) The property is located in the gated PlayaCar area of Playa del Carmen. It’s a beautiful area, very walkable with several restaurants and a convenient store across the street. The AWA complex is stunning-such a beautiful pool area. During our stay, we enjoyed some of Olivia’s recommendations such as Osteria de Roma, and Casa Sofia. We also enjoyed the French bakery across the street. (Amazing breakfast and service) During our days not spent at the pool, we enjoyed Mamitas beach club, Kay beach club, and enjoyed our time at Xel-Ha. Overall, one of our family’s most memorable trips! We will be back! (We loved it so much, we are watching properties for sale in AWA)

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

Great place in a great location. We stayed there with kids and a van. There’s a 7-eleven right downstairs as well as a couple of restaurants. Supermarket is on the same block around the corner. Chiltepin Marisquillos (yummy shrimp and fish tacos) and Papacharly (great lunch deals and handmade pastas for dinner) are a 3-min walk. 5th Avenue is 2 blocks down the street. The apartment is easy to get into. The host’s instructions are clear and accurate. The 3 buildings of the condo complex are connected by rooftop skywalks and all swimming pools there are shared, which is great. Our friends with their kids rented an apartment in the adjacent tower and we got to hang out on the roof whenever we wanted. Overall, we could not have asked for a more comfortable place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at Jim's apt. We were a group of 8, and everyone had ample space to sleep and move around. The palace was clean and immaculately kept. A big shout-out to Sandra, who was more than amazing. She checked on us regularly before the trip even started and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Her service made our stay even more enjoyable. The apt is located steps away from the beach and the most happening street in Playa del Carmen. All sorts of restaurants/bars and convenience stores are a stone's throw away. I would highly recommend Jim's place, especially for bigger families.

We loved our stay at Rachel's Beautiful Condo! As the pictures shows, her space is wonderful in so many ways! It is beautifully decorated, clean, spacious and comfortable, and she is a kind, responsive and fantastic host! We would not hesitate to stay here again. The pool at the Elements is fantastic, the food at the ocean grill is great and so convenient, there is an awesome yoga center just across the street, and the ocean views are great. We really enjoyed our stay there - 5 stars!!!

Este lugar lo tiene todo, la zona es tranquila , no hay nada de ruido ideal para ir con la familia, el departamento impecable, los colchones súper cómodos como la ropa de cama, cada cuarto tiene su aire acondicionado, espacio amplio, nos gustaron muchos las amenidades la alberca y jacuzzi fue lo máximo , el estacionamiento es privado en el mismo edificio y muy seguro, a unos pasos de la 5ta avenida, aparte había muchos supercitos y restaurantes cerca de ahí. Nos sentimos como en casa y nos vamos muy contentos ,muchas gracias por todo!

We were a group of 8 women and had an amazing experience for my bachelorette. The place was absolutely perfect, tidy, clean, and very spacious. The concierge was truly a gem, very proactive and made sure our stay was above and beyond with anything we needed. Would definitely book here again!

Matt plus the staff at Zamá Homes did an amazing job communicating with my family and me, and making us feel right at home. The place is beautiful; the photos don’t do the place justice. It’s as pictured and better. The location is amazing; walking distance to all the major clubs, restaurants, etc. And the hosting staff, once again, made this place feel like we were staying at a resort not just any Airbnb. 100% would stay here again next time I’m in Playa Del Carmen.

la estancia es tal cual aparece en fotografía, las instalaciones tienen una alberca compartida con agua tibia y muy agradable, está a metros de la playa mamitas y para la fecha que fuimos estaba de lujo. cuenta con alberca privada pero el agua ahí es fría, cuenta con lo necesario en la cocina. está muy cerca de tiendas de conveniencia y supermercados, a pasos de la 5ta avenida.
