Très beau logement avec grande terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Super bien équipé et surtout très propre. Nous avons y passé une semaine fin juillet, et sûr ; nous reviendrons.

Meget flott sted. Leiligheten er av nyere dato og meget høy standard. Eneste som kan kunne hvert bedre var at sengene var veldig harde, men vi overlevde. Beliggenheten var fenomenal med 20 meter til stranden og gang avstand til alt du trenger samt gamlebyen. Deilig oppvarmet pool og flott pool område med bar som serverer kvalitets øl og sprit.

Vennlig og ryddig vert som tok oss godt i mot. Svarer raskt på meldinger og er alltid hyggelig. Pen og ryddig leilighet som var enkelt utstyrt med det mest nødvendige.

Apartment was perfect for our needs. Beautiful view from balcony and reception room, great location. Decor bright and fresh. Hosts were communicative and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to return if in the area.

Genial apartamento, buenísima ubicación. Algo de ruido de la calle y vecinos. Piso muy cómodo. Para repetir!

The view from the balcony is wonderful. Lovely and sunny first thing in the morning. Patricia arranged transfer for us from the airport which was very useful. Any query I had was responded to extremely quickly and was always helpful. Although out of season it was still lovely to walk along the seafront and either way was a lovely walk along the coast. Coming out front and turning right takes you across a beach and in to the town where there is a Lidl and super-mercado as well as various other shops. Along the sea front are lots of bars and restaurants. Just downstairs is a little supermarket too which is useful if you do not wish to carry too much from main supermarket. The tram is not far and everyone we encountered was very friendly. A very peaceful location but easy to walk to places to eat. It did not take us long to get the tram into Alicante if you want more shops and a walk up to the castle. Thankyou Patricia and Roland.

Wir haben einen Aufenthalt im Winter über mehrere Wochen in dem Haus mit unseren 2 Hunden verbracht. Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeberin hat uns persönlich empfangen. Der Ausblick auf‘s Meer vom Panorama Fenster aus war atemberaubend. Der morgendliche Sonnenaufgang vom Fenster aus zu beobachten, war fantastisch. In ein paar Minuten Gehzeit ist man an der wunderschönen Küstenpromenade der Punta Negra. Die sehr freundlichen Gastgeber waren immer zur Stelle, wenn wir was gebraucht haben. Vielen Dank an Veronique und Basil Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Todo bien. Los propietarios muy amables, estuvieron esperando que llegaramos pese a que nos perdimos (la direccion y Google Maps no se entendieron bien), y muy atentos en todo momento. A 5 minutos si llega de la playa. Muy recomendable

Hemos pasado unos días increíbles en la casita de Isaac! El trato no ha podido ser mejor y todo muy limpio y acogedor, ojalá volver pronto!

We felt so looked after during our four day retreat at the beach. Items like Olive Oil and condiments were available for cooking meals at home. There were plenty of coffee pods left out for us for our afternoon espresso, as well as a traditional cafetera for our morning long coffees, which we enjoyed on the glorious terrace facing the sea. Such a serene landscape with a spectacular cove for swimming a short walk away. The weather was a bit chilly at night but our hosts made sure to leave out cozy fleece blankets so we could continue sitting outdoors as long as possible. There were also mobile heaters in the house and a sweet fireplace, with wood prepped inside for us. We are certain to return again and again--even in the winter months!

Un alojamiento increíble! Estuvimos unos días en el apartamento de Joao y todo ha sido estupendo. Las fotos describen la realidad a la perfección y la descripción coincide con lo que nos encontramos al llegar. Estaba todo increíblemente limpio y muy ordenado y la casa estaba cuidada hasta el mas mínimo detalle. La comunicación con Joao fue muy rápida y buena desde el primer momento. Ha sido un gran anfitrión. María nos recibió al llegar y nos despidió cuando nos fuimos y tambien fue encantadora y muy amable. Joao nos dejó entrar antes de la hora prevista, un detalle que se agradece. Tambien tuvo un detalle con nuestros 2 perritos ya que al llegar nos habían dejado comedero y bebedero para ellos. El entorno es muy agradable y tranquilo y la playa esta a 5 min caminando. No puedo poner ni un solo fallo, estoy segura de que repetiremos porque ha sido todo increíble. Gracias por todo Joao!!

El apartamento es espectacular, bonito, limpio, con todas las cosas que puedes necesitar y mas... Marta está muy pendiente y contesta muy rápido. He visitado muchos apartamentos y sin duda la relación calidad precio de este es la mejor que he visto. Si vuelvo por esa zona no dudaré en intentar repetir. Muchas gracias chicos!!!

El alojamiento es tal cual se describía en el anuncio. Eso hizo que nuestra estancia no sufriera inconvenientes por el alojamiento. Las ventanas tienen mosquiteras,que en nuestro caso no fueron necesarias pero creo que es importante remarcarlo. En la terraza, venía algún ruido de un aire acondicionado dede els magazinos, que era un poco molesto aunque no era problema del alojamiento. Para la cuna nos avisó cris que debíamos llevar colchón. La conversación con ella fue siempre fluida y las guías que existían en la casa facilitaban información útil.

Muy buen apartamento. Vistas inmejorables. No tiene aire acondicionado pero no lo echas en falta porque hace mucho aire

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été touchées par les petits détails qu’elle avait préparés : café, lait, accessoires de plage… tout était pensé pour que notre séjour soit agréable. L’appartement est tout simplement magnifique, parfaitement situé en première ligne face à la mer – une vue magique dont on ne se lasse pas ! J’y ai séjourné avec mon petit garçon de 1 an, ma maman et enceinte, et nous nous sommes senties comme chez nous. Natalia a été disponible, réactive et d’une grande gentillesse tout au long du séjour. Je recommande vivement cet appartement, une véritable pépite ! Un grand merci Natalia

Le logement est conforme à la description et aux photos et est parfait pour un couple. La place de parking dans la résidence et le supermarché à moins de 5 minutes à pied sont de réels atouts. La terrasse était également très appréciable. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Logement impeccable, description parfaite et très propre. La résidence est ultra sécurisé, la voiture reste en sécurité dans le parking avec surveillance 24/24. Tout est présent dans la résidence pour toute la famille, jeux pour enfants, salle de sport, piscine intérieure et extérieure, accès plage. Nous avons passé un fabuleux séjour et la région est magnifique. Nous avons aussi apprécié le calme de la résidence dû au mois d'avril où peut de touriste était présent. En bref nous espérons y séjourner de nouveau un jour. Merci Jorge !

We spent a great time at Cristina’s place; the location is perfect: one cannot get a better place: it is quiet, yet so close to the bustle of the beach area. The apartment is spacious and clean, equipped with all necessities. The communication with the host went smoothly. She is a really helpful and caring person. Definitely, recommend this place.

Casita perfecta y acogedora para una pareja, hemos estado 4 días y la casa cuenta con todo lo necesario, igual que las fotos. Vladi super agradable y atento, repetiremos sin duda.

The apartment was spacious , clean with lovely bedding and towels and it has the most amazing view. A very nice welcome package of water , teas coffees etc was appreciated as was the provision of cleaning items . Lovely to have shower gel, shampoo and hand wash in the bathroom. Hosts were quick to respond to any queries . A 5 out of 5 experience 👌🏻

Great place to stay, especially with young kids. Beach just across from the apartment with plenty of restaurants nearby. Kids loved the tennis court, playground and swimming pool on site. Breath taking views of the sunrise in the morning out the huge windows.
