Lakeshore VT has 3 separate suites each is a 1000sq. ft. with one bedroom. The one listed here is suite 3. House comes private beach (for all) with the use of a dock. Suite 3 has a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. Full kitchen. Walking distance to Bayside Park which has public tennis courts, volleyball nets, outside skateboard park, and a playground for children. The park also connects to miles of bike paths which can take a rider all the way to the Champlain Islands with a ferry ride.

This bright and open Mountainside condo is 30 feet from the Out to Lunch trail, where you can ski or bike right to the ski lifts and bike trails. Perfect for skiing, snow shoeing, mountain biking & hiking. Condo is walking distance to chairlift. Short drive to Warren Falls, Mad River Glen, Mount Ellen and many delicious restaurants. The condo is within walking distance (5 minutes) to Clay Brook Hotel, where many weddings are held.

Relax on the mountain in our little condo. A cozy space to enjoy fresh mountain air. Enjoy easy access for ski in/out, hiking, mountain biking, leaf peeping…something to love here during every season! Bedroom with a queen bed. Pull out couch is best suited for children or one adult—two large adults may find it a tight fit. Located approximately half-way between Burlington and Stowe, about 30 minute drive to either/or. Or check out Waterbury (our favorite) about 15 minutes away!

The Lake Placid movie theater, restaurants, shops, spas & bars all within a 10min walk. Take a swim in Lake Placid Lake or launch a kayak to take in the beauty of the surrounding area!

There is one restaurant IN THE BUILDING, the chair lifts and the Recreation Center with pools, tennis, & fitness gym are a short 500 yard walk away.
