Phil was very responsive and checked in with us often. I found him to be a very helpful and an accommodating host. This property is well-updated and they’ve made a very good use of space. Lovely decor. Beds are firm, kitchen is big. A sweet space to enjoy family.

The Bougie Bungalow was so wonderful! This was a fun reminiscent family trip back to Norfolk to celebrate my dad’s 80th birthday. It’s well appointed, great aesthetic and design - spacious, yet cozy and welcoming! Lori was great at communication! My wife and I have been Super Hosts and have also traveled the world with Airbnb - highly recommend.

We had so much fun at your beautiful home!! I’m sure it would have been even more fun if it was the right time of year for swimming but maybe we will be back!! The house is spacious, clean, and includes all the extras! There’s plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate a large group. We loved the pool table, playing ping pong, being able to listen to music, play games, and have two TVs when we couldn’t agree on which football game to watch! :) The kitchen was well stocked and everything labeled. I forgot garlic and was relieved to see that some of the staples were provided! Thanks for making our family Christmas memorable!! The Christmas tree even made it feel more festive. Brandy is super responsive and everything went smoothly!! Thanks for accommodating our request!! Highly recommend!!!

We stay at MANY AirBnBs all over the country. This property was TOP NOTCH. Most importantly, it was CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. It was beautifully furnished and decorated with higher-than-average items you tend to see in AirBnBs. She did not skimp on anything. There were many thoughtful adds. Gretta has spent time thinking of everything. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We will definitely be staying here again and would recommend this to anyone.

The home feels just like home. It’s cozy and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the grill and fire pit on a pleasant evening. The host was responsive to my questions and left a binder with additional information. The couch was great for lounging Sunday morning.

This is a beautiful place! It works great for families. The grandkids enjoyed playing in the sand on the beach and running around the backyard. The firepit was perfect! Everyone enjoyed roasting marshmallows and making smores. We got to see wildlife - squirrels, cranes, geese, ducks, raccoons and a very friendly cat that came to sit by the deck door which all of the kids enjoyed. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay with the family for a getaway weekend! Each of them said what a nice place it was and so roomy. I even had a granddaughter ask this morning if we could go back to the "lake house". Thank you for sharing it with us!

Leisa: Your place couldn't have been more perfect for me. The location was two blocks from the church I was singing in during Holy Week/Easter. The location is easy to find and easy to drive from to main shopping areas, supermarket etc. I was so very pleased upon opening the door, exploring light switches etc. It is a very beautiful space that is well planned out, though through and welcoming. Five star rating is just to begin to say how pleased I was/am and how I loved staying at your place. The breakfast burritos on Saturday Night for Easter Morning and the oranges, was just perfect for getting me up and going to 7:15 Choir call at First Plymouth and singing three Easter services. I feel like this is going to be a yearly trek for me over Holy Week/Easter. I will definitely book for 2026, God willing and it doesn't snow. ha! I also totally enjoyed seeing spring flowers, trees, tulips and daffodils. An you have the fattest Robins I have ever seen. THANK YOU!

Gabriel's communication is top notch. He checked in frequently and immediately let us know when a blizzard impacted the internet and/or power. While the accommodations have all of the latest technology (smart thermostat, etc), the personal touch of Gabriel makes it perfect!

Julie's place worked out great for the four of us. Ample space, clean and well organized interiors, and lots of parking spots outside. Julie was very communicative and we had no issues with the check-in process or the stay in general.

cozy is a perfect way to describe this stay. loved how clean everything was and really appreciated the bottled water and snacks after a long road trip. only stayed for one night but the apartment was so comfortable wish I could've stayed longer to relax in it.

We had a fantastic stay at the home. It was very cozy, had everything we needed and my son loved the bunk bed. People complained about the noises but that’s expected from an older home. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again. Beautiful/safe location 😊

Great place to take family or a group of friends to hang out at the lake. The place was very open and had lots of room inside and outside. There was even a garage for us to park our boat to get it out of the rain. My kids loved the great smelling shampoo and conditioner left for guests to use. Overall, wonderful place to stay. We will definitely look this place up when we visit again.

We couldn't be happier with the physical property and all of the items that were stocked and provided for entertainment and cooking. It was a bit more than we would normally spend but for our daughter's wedding we wanted to provide a gathering place for all of our traveling friends. I'd say it was overpriced for most people by 20% or so. BUT we loved it and Linda was the absolute epitome of an ideal host! We'll tell everyone and we'll find a reason to go back!

We felt right at home at this lovely property. No matter what brings you to this area, you’ll find this place to be the perfect semblance of home and peace. Carol and David were wonderful hosts and were already planning to make the 11.5 hour trip back.

Great place to stay. Lots of things for a dog to do and keep busy. The room is clean. The only thing I wish it had more cooking capability.

Absolutely blown away by how great this place was! The cabin was very cozy, and the walking trails were a delight! I'd recommend using the trails for xc-skiing in the wintertime! The cabin is far enough from Omaha that you can see quite a few stars (with clear skies and the right moon-phase), yet close enough we were able to venture back into town to get some groceries. Before we even left we decided we want to return sometime in the next few months, the cabin was that charming!

Susan was truly a blessing! She was super accommodating, helpful, hospitable!!!! The cabin was truly soooo peaceful right on the river. My husband had rented the place for a job, so he was there a total of a month and a half stay. He had everything he needed plus some! Susan always made sure he was comfortable and attentive to his needs. Grateful for kind hearted people like Mrs. Susan!

This was our first Airbnb experience. All future experiences will need very high standards to live up to this one. We could not stop discussing the beauty of the location, and the comfort and decor of the cabin. Jeff and Robyn were very attentive and made our stay very pleasant. We would definitely chose this location again!

We loved everything about this house! The setting is very serene overlooking the water. The cabin was perfect, it had everything we needed for our family of 6. We enjoyed walking down to the lake and using our kayaks. The restaurants were great - we tried The Wagon Wheel and Hungry Horse. Also caught a cattle auction, which was fun for our kids. We will definitely be back!!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The cabin is such an awesome get away and has all the comforts of home. Chris and Bryan are great hosts and we will be coming back again and again whenever in the area. So private and peaceful!
