Easy access to KCI was helpful when our family members came from different parts of the US. Nice suburban home with plenty of beds and two bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Hosts were very responsive to our questions. We were very pleased with the cost and the location.

The house was comfortable and a place where we could relax. It was a great size for the three of us. We could walk around Weston from the house.

Amazing host! Very responsive, accommodating, and knowledgeable with what the community has to offer. Getting comfortable was easy, proximity to local establishments was on point. We enjoyed our almost 3 week stay and will definitely be booking again when back in the area.

Keyless entry in a quiet neighborhood. Very nice. The dogwood trees were blooming. On our second morning there, Two neighbors, (2 birds) gave us a very entertaining minuet in the backyard. The covered back sunroom was ideal for morning coffee. Rooms are spaces. Two big couches with recliners ends were the favorite. Would highly recommend! Thank you.

We stayed as an extended family for a funeral. It happened to be a busy weekend in Lawrence and wound up being the perfect place.

The place was beautiful. Pool and hot tub were amazing. The weather wasn’t great so we didn’t get to use them to their fullest extent. Beautiful landscaping outdoors and plenty of space for our family. Autumn was prompt and responsive to any questions we had. The kids had a great time and we would definitely stay here again.

William's place was a wonderful house to come with my grandkids. they lived in the heated pool while we enjoyed the hot tub immensely. the beds are comfortable the kitchen well stocked there was plenty of space for 8 of us, we felt very much at home. William was so great with communication which I really appreciated. I can't say enough good things about both the house and the host. thank you so much for a great trip to Lenexa, can't wait to return.

Great location for walking to downtown events and amazing value compared to what the downtown hotels were charging that weekend! Loved how spacious, modern, and clean it felt. Rooftop pool was a super fun amenity!

Wonderful Guest House! Very comfortable bed & well stocked kitchen. Location was a great homebase as we explored Shawnee and Kansas City. We enjoyed meeting John and Cora (and their dogs.). They were friendly and helpful. We hope to return this summer and use the pool!

The house was neat and clean. Johnny was responsive when there was a glitch bout a sticking lock. It was comfortable and clean. It felt safe and secure.

Above my expectations and the best price for all the amenities especially. Every issue we had was taken care of immediately and with great communication. I will definitely have my friends and family stay here when they come to town. 10 out of 10.

The host was always responsive anytime of day and quick to help resolve any issues or answer any questions you may have. Easily my favorite listing's to stay at in the area!
